The house is located in the main street of the city of Foligno, Viale Firenze. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood and the old town is a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious and bright, the furniture is fine and characteristic. The bathroom is completely new. There is also a private parking inside the garden of the house, with an electric gate. The garden is spacious, you can do all kinds of activities or relax. At 10 km from Foligno there are: Assisi, Montefalco, Spello, Rasiglia.

The room is spacious and well furnished. We were the only guests and we had access to the bathroom, which is not private but equipped with a classic hairdryer and even make-up remover wipes. The managers are kind and helpful.
