The rooms are cozy, bright, and peaceful; some feature a terrace with views of the Basilica. All rooms come equipped with a private bathroom, LED TV, and air conditioning system.
We also offer a studio apartment with a private bathroom, kitchenette, and LED TV. The entire property has recently been renovated and repainted, with updated furnishings, making everything more modern and functional.
In a shared area furnished with a table and chairs, guests have access to a refrigerator.
Adjacent to the property, there is a restaurant-pizzeria-rotisserie, and just a few meters away, a bar and an ice cream shop.

The structure reflected the description and met our expectations. Excellent location for those who want to visit Assisi and the surroundings. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with necessary comforts. The bathroom was a bit small and without a bidet, but still functional. Good 15% discount on breakfast at the nearby bar. Excellent value for money for the area.

We had a great time at this property just a stone's throw from the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. I have never rested so well away from home. The lady was very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and relatives.
