The rooms are situated in a characteristic stone building 100 metres from the Porziuncola of St Francis in Assisi-Santa Maria degli Angeli, a convenient location for reaching all the major tourist attractions in the area in just a few minutes.
The rooms are comfortable, sunny and quiet, and all have a private bathroom and colour TV; some also have a terrace with a view of the Basilica.
Free parking in front of pension (day and night).
About 600 metres from Assisi's train station, the location is easy to find and a great departure point to visit the prettiest towns in Umbria (Perugia and Lake Trasimeno, Spoleto, Spello, Gubbio e Terni with the Marmore Waterfalls.

The structure reflected the description and met our expectations. Excellent location for those who want to visit Assisi and the surroundings. The host was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and equipped with necessary comforts. The bathroom was a bit small and without a bidet, but still functional. Good 15% discount on breakfast at the nearby bar. Excellent value for money for the area.

We had a great time at this property just a stone's throw from the church of Santa Maria degli Angeli. I have never rested so well away from home. The lady was very kind and helpful. I will definitely come back and recommend it to friends and relatives.
