Excellent property in a very central location. The room was clean and equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable and well-maintained stay. The soundproofing of the rooms is somewhat lacking, especially if you get noisy and inconsiderate neighbors, but the value for money is such that I would definitely recommend the property.

I was in Foligno for work and stayed in this B&B: a really positive experience. The environment is very welcoming, always clean, with the bed made every day and fresh towels every morning. We had a truly wonderful time! Excellent location, in the historic center of Foligno. The room was always warm, clean, and welcoming. We spent six marvelous days. The beds were very comfortable and the pleasant surprise was finding for my daughter, instead of a single bed, one that is one and a half square meters. The shower was large, spacious, and there was a hairdryer available. We will definitely return.
