Our guest house is located in Gubbio, 800 meters away from the historic center and 200 meters away from the Vittorina church, where San Francesco and the wolf met. All rooms are furnished with designer furniture, LCD TV, free wifi, and ample parking. A bus stop is located in front of the property. Each room has an ensuite bathroom, and there is a garden and nearby playground. Our environment is friendly and welcoming, like a family.

The manager is very, very courteous. The only flaw is the breakfast, which consists of coffee and croissants at the bar, so it's not very abundant. However, the excellent value for money more than makes up for it.

Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and courtesy by the owner. The breakfast is not quite as one imagines in a Bed and Breakfast: you are given a voucher per day for a croissant and a cappuccino. The room (small apartment) we got is an attic loft and was not very welcoming. Strong smell of smoke in the premises, absent windows (only skylights mounted on the roof). We tried to open the skylights to let the bathroom humidity out after showering but had to close them immediately because the smell of the chimney sweep was coming back in. We also had difficulties with the payment as the ATM was not working and we had to request the receipt multiple times. The only positive note is the proximity to the historic center, reachable on foot in just over 20 minutes.

Hospitable, clean and tidy structure. The location is at a reasonable distance from the center, which can also be reached on foot. Very friendly welcome. Fair price. I recommend it!
