The B&B Le Rose has been made following extensive renovations. The existing building is a farmhouse that dates back to the '700. The dating is documented by the stone in the center of the characteristic threshing floor, room for bricks located between the house and the old stables. It has lots of space and a large garden with ornamental plants and fruit characteristics of our territories.
The spaces available to guests of the B&B Le Rose, are newly built. The hotel joins the family farmhouse, and was the subject of renovation and expansion, meet the requirements of the seismic area and all the rules on plant: soundproofing and energy saving. E 'was set up with great care, the furniture in the old style is in keeping with the rural environment, the details are sought, so as to make the pleasant and welcoming environment. The particular attention to the colors, the sounds and lights, make your stay truly relaxing.
The B&B Le Rose has two rooms (double) with private entrance and separate bathrooms. Guests will leave the keys of the rooms assigned and will be free to enjoy their stay in complete independence. Breakfast will be served in the morning in the breakfast room. Inside the hall, it will be possible for those who want to exploit the kitchen made available with everything needed for any lunches and dinners to play at will even outdoors.
The location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, without being isolated from the cultural centers and landscape the area. And 'possible to reach the most significant places of the region. In particular Spello, Bevagna and Assisi. Breakfast can be served in the dining room. They will be made available all the necessary tools to satisfy the needs of guests. It will be possible to have Espresso, Lungo Espresso, Ginseng, Latte, Cappuccino, Chocolate, Mocaccino, tea, herbal teas, fruit juices as beverages. It will be served a mixed sweet / salty Umbrian specialties depending on the season of stay. In autumn - winter will be served as the typical savory bruschetta with extra virgin olive oil, focaccia with raisins, bread with nuts, and sweet as the dots with almonds and raisins, the rocciata, the bread with the must. In the spring and summer as savory (during Passover) cheese pie with hard-boiled eggs and cold cuts, omelette with asparagus. As sweet as the frappe, the crackers, sweet Easter cake with candied fruit, raisins or chocolate donut.
In addition to these elements will be additional Umbrian typical seasonal local produce such as truffles, honey, seasonal fruit to be collected directly from the branch (figs, cherries, apricots, plums), extra virgin olive oil, wines from dry to sweet to sparkling and craft beers.

The B&B Le Rose is a family business and as such will welcome you as the most welcome guest. Our family is composed by Maria in charge of breakfasts in the morning, she will welcome you and nursed during the stay, cleaning and linen changes, she is the real leader. Then there are the two sons Mark and Angela each with its tasks. Marco manages the garden, always careful that everything is to your liking, takes care of your routes, bicycles and technological activities, such as making this website. Angela specializes in furniture, in the management of the details and the attention to detail, to make your stay romantic, cozy and unforgettable.
In our house, inherited from generation to generation, we decided to accommodate as many visitors as possible. We are proud of it and we want to share with the world the beauty of this area, of which we are totally in love.

This B&B is a gem, a real candy box. It is part of the main house but separate from it. It has only two rooms and a breakfast room with a kitchen. Furnished with care, very nice, it has everything you need. The owner is very kind and helpful, and you can chat pleasantly with her while having breakfast. The location is quite strategic for visiting Spello or moving to other villages. Excellent choice.

I stayed only one night in this magnificent place but I savored the tranquility, the silence and the hospitality of this place. Very cozy room, clean and breakfast with homemade cake! Highly recommended also because in the evening you can enjoy a stunning sunset comfortably lying on a deck chair in the garden.
