At the Villamena b & b, a corner of paradise overlooking one of the most significant sights in the city of Spello.

The monumental Umbrian gate, the medieval church of San Ventura, the romantic view of the city enclosed by the historic walls are some of the characteristic corners that you can admire from the windows of our rooms.

Spello, close to Assisi, which is only a few kilometers away, boasts a central location where you can visit cities such as Perugia, Bevagna, Spoleto, Todi and the whole green of Italy.

We enjoyed our time at Villamena, with the following concerns. Water pressure in the shower was abysmal. There was no cupboard storage. Breakfast was under par. Barring these issues, the facility was good.

Last Sunday I spent one night at B&B Villamena with my boyfriend and I was pleasantly surprised. The property is beautiful, set in a peaceful location and has a swimming pool which is definitely a strong point during the summer months. The rooms are spotless and cared for in every detail. The breakfast is excellent and very plentiful (just the way we like it)! A special thanks goes to the staff, who were extremely kind and helpful, also giving us great advice on places to visit nearby. Highly recommended!

In an excellent location for accessing the center of the village, the owner is very kind and welcoming. The room is also equipped with a small refrigerator, which is very useful especially in summer, the bathroom is spotless and functional. The pool and the outdoor area with various sofas and tables for having breakfast outside if the weather permits are very pleasant.

This property is in a great location, just outside the center, but convenient for parking. The center can be reached right away, just a few steps away. The location is very clean and quiet. Only the breakfast is negative: scarce. Needs improvement.

Family-run B&B with the possibility of using a beautiful pool. The rooms are very clean, modern, and well taken care of in every detail. The bathrooms are spacious and modern too. The breakfast by the pool is an added value to the structure! Furthermore, the structure, from which you can already enjoy the walls of the beautiful village, is located just a few meters from the historic center. Highly recommended!

We stayed for two nights and we felt great. A welcoming environment, tastefully furnished and with attention to detail. The manager was very helpful, despite the discretion he maintains with guests. Super breakfast. The property, just outside the walls of Spello, is practically in the center: crossing the street, you are already immersed in the atmosphere of one of the most picturesque villages in Umbria.

Pietro’s home was extremely comfortable and clean. A very relaxing environment, I enjoyed the balcony and sitting by the pool. Breakfast was delicious and very generous every day, with friendly service. Great location to explore the historic center of Spello (don’t follow Google maps, there is an easy staircase right across the street up into the old section). Convenient to train station for day trips as well.

Nice room in a perfect location just outside the city walls. Very little interaction with the hosts. Breakfast was okay. Mostly pastries which you do expect in Italy. I did not like that they took my passport and then left it out in a common area unattended.

The structure is located on the outskirts of the city, which can be reached on foot. The manager is very smiling and super attentive to every need. The room is very clean. The traffic on the road may be annoying, but honestly, we did not even notice it! The breakfast is fine, not a buffet. Highly recommended.

The rooms of the structure are very beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The bathroom is spacious, very clean, and well equipped. The structure is in a strategic position both to visit Spello and to easily reach the other villages. The excellent and abundant breakfast is truly a perfect start to the day: it is served by the pool, making the moment very pleasant. Last but not least, the hospitality and welcome of Mr. Pietro and his son, fantastic and very friendly people always available for any of our requests. We will definitely come back to see them. Excellent location a short walk from the train station just outside the Spello walls. Alessandro was a fantastic host. He did everything to make our visit the best it could be. He gave recommendations for excursions and made sure our daughter also had a great holiday. We were very happy and would highly recommend :)

Amazing stay at a very beautiful and well-kept B&B. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, and we loved the breakfast. We couldn't expect better. B&B Villamena is in an ideal location to visit the wonderful Umbria but also for walks in the beautiful Spello without the need to use the car. The manager is exquisite and very helpful. Impeccable cleanliness. The structure is furnished with extreme taste. Absolutely recommended.
