The Residence Land of Saints Country House offers its guests 6 comfortable apartments vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 4 persone. The Land of Saints Country House is the realization of a great dream of spouses Americo and Delia, that with perseverance and passion have wanted to re-evaluate and give new life to the farmhouse owned by several generations of the family, thus creating a structure dedicated to hospitality in comfortable apartments, which fits perfectly in the traditional Umbrian countryside.
The house, the stables, the barn, the warehouses that had lost their main function, have been restored or rebuilt with environmentally friendly materials. It consists of 6 lovely apartments very carefully decorated and choice of colors.
The passion and love for the countryside and Americo rural traditions have allowed the realization of the large garden that surrounds the entire property. Americo and Delia have personally supervised the selection of trees, bushes, perfumed essences, trying to communicate to guests that combination of natural and spiritual that has always characterized the Umbria. The rediscovery of the traditions is the inspiration that has been followed in arranging the furnishings of the apartments, going in search of furniture in rustic Umbrian. They were matched to these curtains in pastel colors and bedding, also embroidered by hand, creating a ' warm and friendly atmosphere.

We stayed for about a week and we felt very well. The property is well maintained and cared for, the location is excellent for visiting Spello and the surrounding areas. The apartment is well kept, we found it clean and comfortable. The only thing is that I would add a few more amenities like a microwave which is useful for quick lunches. Other than that everything was very beautiful and well cared for.

If you want to spend days in relaxation and comfort, this is the right place. A short distance from the center of Spello, easily reachable on foot in 5 minutes, with the security of a reserved and closed parking, much appreciated by those traveling by motorbike like us. Excellent cleanliness and hygiene, excellent value for money: the lack of breakfast is amply compensated by the presence of everything necessary to provide for oneself (furnished and equipped apartments) and, above all, by the extreme kindness and availability of the owners. Also not to be overlooked is the pool, definitely pleasant after a day of walking or cycling.

Great structure to visit Spello and the Assisi area. The accommodations are nice and functional, complete with everything (private bathroom, kitchen, pots, comfortable walk-in closet, etc.). I spent 5 unforgettable days thanks to my stay at Residence Terra dei Santi Country House. Amerigo was very friendly and helpful for all our needs. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, the only flaw was the air conditioner that always got stuck. The pool is always available with reserved sunbeds and umbrellas. The structure is at the center of every place to visit, Assisi just steps away. What can I say? I would gladly return.

Perfect, very clean, beautifully maintained and in a strategic position to visit Umbria and spend days in serenity with children in total safety. Swimming pool with all possible comforts and barbecue with a splendid view of Spello. The fantastic and very helpful owners have put so much attention and care into this farmhouse in every detail. Facility very well maintained, clean pool and comfortable apartment. Convenient location, just a few minutes to go to Spello. Managers are really friendly, always available, and you can breathe an air of serenity, the stay was really perfect.

Simply perfect: the manager was very kind, very close to the town, with fantastic garden and pool. The kitchen was well equipped and the sleeping solutions (double bed and double sofa bed) were very comfortable.

Satisfied! The only negative note is that the air conditioner (essential) in the room is too noisy. As for the managers of the structure and the staff, they are very helpful and kind people. Thank you, I spent a week in complete relaxation.

We stayed three days in this property equipped with every comfort and, above all, a corner of tranquility among the scents of aromatic herbs and flowers. Mrs. Delia and her husband Americo are very kind people and ready to welcome guests in the most exquisite way. The breakfasts are full of many homemade sweets, prepared by Mrs. Delia and the very kind Cinzia who doesn't skimp on attentions and smiles. We hope to be able to come back. We enjoyed our stay at this property. The couple who own it are very congenial and helpful. We were warmly welcomed and shown around. The location was convenient to the Umbrian hill towns so that we could drive to one each day. The town has good restaurants and our B&B hosts made recommendations and booked tables for us. The countryside was beautiful and quiet. Our rooms were comfortable and clean. The wifi was very good and the breakfasts delicious and plentiful. We would highly recommend this property.

I went for thermal treatments at the Terme Francescane and stayed at Residence Terra dei Santi. Very kind owners, lovely and very efficient structure for those who want to cook for themselves, the breakfast is great and plentiful, and compliments to Mrs. Delia for her wonderful homemade desserts and also to Mr. Americo for his delicious bruschetta. Mrs. Delia and Mr. Americo, thank you again and a possible see you next year.
