Hello, I am Raffaella, the one who will open the doors of her home and host you for your relaxing and cheerful stay in Umbria.

The B&B is located just a stone's throw away from Assisi, the train station, the Lyric Theatre of Assisi, the bus stop, the airport, the main historical centers, and everything you would like to visit when coming here.

The recently renovated property is equipped with ample parking, a large garden, a reception with a bar and common room, an indoor breakfast room, and 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom, wireless connection, heating/air conditioning, and some with a view of Assisi.

It used to be the old house where I lived with my parents, who, after buying a new house, decided to put it up for sale. However, I stayed here and dedicated myself to it.

I had two dreams: to no longer see it falling apart and to no longer see it empty.

As for my first dream, I achieved it on my own, but for the second one, I will need your help.

The central location make it easy and comfortable traveling to visit the many other art cities of Umbria such as Perugia (20 min.), Gubbio (30 min.), Todi (40 min.), Orvieto (50 min.), Spello (10 min.), Bevagna (20 min.), Montefalco (20 min.), Foligno (15 min.), Spoleto (30 min.) it is only 5 minutes drive from Assisi, 10 minutes walk from the train station, the center of Santa Maria degli Angeli and the Lyrick Theatre in Assisi.
The B & B is located at the foot of the National Park of Mount Subasio.
For those arriving by train it is offering free round trip from the B & B at the station of Assisi
From the North: A1 exit Valdichiana, SS E45, follow signs for Perugia to Assisi on the SS75 and then exit at Santa Maria degli Angeli south / cable Protomartyrs Franciscans.

Our stay was only one night, but we were very comfortable at Raffiori di Raffaella. The property is close to Assisi and, if desired, you can visit the nearby towns and stay there for several nights. The Italian breakfast was abundant.

Our stay with Raffaella was short but very nice. The B&B is conveniently located for everything. Nearby there is a Conad supermarket and other shops; the station and the town center can be reached comfortably in a short time by walking. And once there, Assisi is just a moment away. The property is very beautiful and intimate and really feels like home. The family's history is very interesting and gives that extra touch to the experience. We found everything clean and well cared for in the details, and the breakfast was very abundant and truly fantastic. Raffaella is very kind, helpful, and attentive to every need. We will definitely come back.

The experience at B&B Raffiori was excellent! The cleanliness of the rooms, the kindness of the owner, and the truly strategic location, very close to all the points of interest in the area, are the strengths of this B&B. The breakfast was modest, only sweet, with packaged products and a slice of cake. Hot drinks and fruit juices. I recommend this B&B as an optimal base for visiting all the wonderful places in Umbria.

Raffaella was a wonderful host. Loved the accommodation and breakfast. Her love of flowers was very evident in the themes of each bedroom. We were greeted with the Rose room - my favourite flower. It's people like Raffaella that make holidays special and memorable. Highly recommend this accommodation. We will visit her again.

Four fantastic days, great location to explore Umbria. Ten minutes from Assisi and three minutes from Santa Maria degli Angeli. Throughout the area, there is a spiritual atmosphere rediscovering the life of St. Francis. Raffaella, from B&B Raffiori, provides very useful information on schedules for visiting churches and museums, parking lots, and restaurants in the area.

Beautiful place. 800 meters from Santa Maria degli Angeli, and 2 km from Assisi. Close to bus stops to go to the Basilica. The owner is extremely kind. Available to give advice and always at the customer's disposal. Daily room cleaning. Absolutely worth trying and going back.

I stayed for a weekend with my boyfriend. The structure lived up to expectations: clean, colorful, well-kept, quiet, and welcoming. Many comforts: heating and air conditioning, abundant breakfasts, free parking and Wi-Fi, overlooking Assisi. The city of Saint Francis is just a stone's throw away, and the major points of interest in the region are easily reachable. The owner is sweet, helpful, present, friendly, and always generous with advice. We will return: recommended.
