Hello, I am Raffaella, the one who will open the doors of her home and host you for your relaxing and cheerful stay in Umbria.
The B&B is located just a stone's throw away from Assisi, the train station, the Lyric Theatre of Assisi, the bus stop, the airport, the main historical centers, and everything you would like to visit when coming here.
The recently renovated property is equipped with ample parking, a large garden, a reception with a bar and common room, an indoor breakfast room, and 3 double rooms, each with its own bathroom, wireless connection, heating/air conditioning, and some with a view of Assisi.
It used to be the old house where I lived with my parents, who, after buying a new house, decided to put it up for sale. However, I stayed here and dedicated myself to it.
I had two dreams: to no longer see it falling apart and to no longer see it empty.
As for my first dream, I achieved it on my own, but for the second one, I will need your help.

Well-kept structure and very clean and colorful inside. Upon arrival, the feeling is quite different, but once inside everything becomes very pleasant. The owner is friendly and sunny, attentive in giving advice and helpful. The breakfast (for us without lactose) was still abundant and she took care of purchasing specific products suitable for us. I highly recommend a visit if you want to relax.

The B&B Raffiori is located in a strategic area from which you can visit beautiful places and towns of Umbria in a short time. Raffaella is very kind and helpful, she is attentive in the arrangement and care of the premises; despite staying only two days, she made sure to have the room tidy and clean. We will definitely contact her again when we are in that area. Thank you!

We had booked for one night, but we stayed two. Raffaella, the owner, very friendly and nice, made us feel at home. Very nice room, having breakfast in the garden was a real delight. What can I say, everything great, we will definitely come back.

We were welcomed by Raffaella, welcoming and professionally top-notch. She personally prepared breakfast for two days and it was delicious. The rooms are clean and quiet. It is a very welcoming and family-friendly environment. There is ample space in the garden for children and parking for cars. I recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a stay in Assisi and surroundings (given its strategic location).

We stayed at this property for one night, me, my husband, my son, and my Jack Russell. Raffaella is an excellent host, kind and welcoming. Clean and bright room, nice garden also for a walk with my dog and in the end breakfast with excellent homemade pies and cake. I highly recommend it. Hope to come back.

A dieci minuti da Assisi, e tre minuti da Santa Maria degli Angeli.
In tutta la zona si percepisce una atmosfera carica di spiritualità alla riscoperta della vita di San Francesco.

Bellissimo posto. A 800 metri da Santa Maria degli Angeli, e a 2 km da Assisi. Vicino alle fermate del pullman per andare in Basilica. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza assoluta. Ho soggiornato per un weekend con il mio ragazzo. Struttura all'altezza delle aspettative: pulita, colorata, curata, silenziosa ed accogliente. Tanti i comfort: riscaldamento/aria condizionata, colazioni abbondanti, parcheggio e wi-fi gratuiti, vista su Assisi. La città di San Francesco è a 2 passi, i maggiori centri di interesse della regione facilmente raggiungibili. Proprietaria dolce, disponibile, presente, simpatica e sempre prodiga di consigli. La posizione a 5 minuti di auto da Assisi è strategica per visitare l'Umbria. Le camere sono comode e la struttura è ben curata da Raffaella, una ragazza dolce e simpatica che ci ha accolto con cortesia e si è messa a disposizione con informazioni e consigli.
