Newly built structure, located just 1 km from the medieval town of San Gemini and only 12 km from the center of Terni.

Immersed in a peaceful area, it enjoys a splendid panoramic view at an altitude of 390 meters above sea level, guaranteeing an exceptional climate at all times.

The Ocarè San Gemini bed and breakfast offers an excellent location for easily reaching the main centers of Umbria and Lazio, such as Orvieto, Spoleto, Foligno, Todi, Narni, Viterbo, and Rome. In a short time, you can visit places of great historical, naturalistic, hiking, and sports interest, such as the archaeological area of Carsulae, the Abbey of Sant'Erasmo with its astronomical observatory, the Marmore Waterfall, where the more adventurous can experience the thrill of rafting, Lake Piediluco, and numerous trekking and mountain biking trails. Additionally, you can delight your palate with the exquisite food and wine products of Umbria, such as truffles, high-quality oil, and wines.

The structure is located approximately 15 km from the Marmore Waterfalls, 12 km from the city of Terni, and only 1 km from the E45 junction that connects Rome and Perugia. The city of Narni is easily accessible, 8 km away, as well as the town of Amelia, which is 15 km away.

It is easy to reach the cities of Spoleto and Orvieto, and from the Marmore Waterfalls, you can visit numerous charming places in the Valnerina, such as Arrone, Ferentillo, Norcia, and Cascia.

Our structure, which is only about 900 m from the center of San Gemini, offers one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. Already a slow city, it is a popular tourist destination not only for its excellent local cuisine but also for the archaeological site of Carsulae and its proximity to the sacred place of Colle Valenza.

Everything is fine, well done, structure, management, location, services, costs, everything is very good. Recommended. I would like to offer two constructive suggestions: I much prefer a buffet breakfast with a few fresh products over a very wide but economical choice. Bathroom without bidet, ok, normal, but you have installed the bidet shower, why not complete the comfort and instead of the bidet shower put the handheld shower with hot water?

Grazie per i consigli, ma la docceyta del water ce l'ha già l'acqua calda... basta girare la manopola. I prodotti della colazione per la maggior parte sono torte fresche, salumi, formaggi yoguth compresi, ma ci sono anche merendine e biscotti... pensiamo che la varietà degli elementi possa accontentare più gusti, allergie, intolleranze ed esigenze delle persone. Grazie e saluti.

We stayed for 6 nights. Strategic location to explore the center and south of Umbria. The village is well connected to the main arteries. New construction and very well maintained by the lovely owners. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom of the right size. Each room has a balcony with a table and chairs as well as a clothesline. The rooms face south and are always sunny and bright. Floor cooling system adaptable in every room and well managed by the owners. Fantastic pool always in the sun to relax in the afternoon. Superlative breakfasts! Must try to stay!

My family and I stayed 8 days and we had a great time. The structure is really beautiful and new, the pool is well-kept and very clean, and after the tours in the beautiful nearby villages, it's truly wonderful to be able to take a refreshing swim, especially if you have a 10-year-old daughter. The breakfast is very abundant and Andrea and his wife never let you miss anything, they are always available and very friendly. It couldn't have gone better, if we return to Umbria it will definitely be our reference point.
