B&B Le Streppeta

Managed by a family, the Bed & Breakfast Le Streppeta is located at an altitude of 600 meters on the Amerini mountains, in Melezzole, a hamlet of the municipality of Montecchio, in the province of Terni. The name "Le Streppeta" derives from the area where the olive trees are located, from which we produce organic and DOP extra virgin olive oil.

Inaugurated in June 2021, the farmhouse respects the typical Umbrian-Tuscan structure, characterized by external stone walls, ceiling with wooden beams, and handmade terracotta floor. The panoramic position allows you to come into contact with local flora and fauna. Its particular location makes it fascinating for those seeking a moment of relaxation and tranquility throughout the year.

The B&B has a large entrance hall with a living room, where you will find a large fireplace and a comfortable sofa to relax, listen to music, read a book or watch TV. The only room with three beds is located in the tower, which is accessed via a staircase from the living room. Here you will also find the bathroom with a shower. The room has a French door that gives access to a lovely solarium with a splendid view and complete privacy.

Breakfast is typically "streppettese" with coffee, milk, fruit juices, tea, cereals, biscuits, homemade sweets, yogurt, honey and jams. Please inform us in advance in case of intolerances or allergies. Breakfast will be served at the desired time or left in the kitchen with everything you need (in addition to the fridge, you will have a kettle for hot water, toaster, microwave, coffee machine).

Check-in is scheduled after 4:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. We will provide you with the key to the main entrance to ensure maximum autonomy and independence. Smoking is prohibited inside the structure. Wi-Fi is available in the room and throughout the property.

Bed linen and towels will be replaced every 4 days, but if you wish, you can request a change at any time during your stay (at an additional cost). Without unnecessary linen changes, we save water and detergents, contributing to preserving the environment. In addition, there is a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and clothesline for our guests.

Among the additional services, we offer air conditioning in the room and living room, hairdryer, courtesy set, private parking for your car, and access to pets.

For those who prefer independence, it is possible to choose the apartment to manage your own holiday.

In the surroundings, we recommend visiting the Fossil Forest of Dunarobba at 17 km, Todi at 21 km, Lake Corbara at 25 km, Orvieto at 35 km, and the Marmore Waterfalls at 48 km.
