The B&B Il Girasole is located on the first floor of a villa situated in the commercial area of Corciano and only 6km away from the historic center of Perugia. Our B&B is surrounded by a beautiful garden with pine, fir, magnolia, fruit trees, and flowers, offering an oasis of tranquility in a constantly evolving and developing territorial context.

Here, you can find the ideal place to spend a beautiful vacation, using our structure as an excellent starting point to visit the natural beauties of the area, such as the nearby Trasimeno lake and the numerous Umbrian cities starting from the village of Corciano and the capital Perugia.

The central area where we are located is connected by public transport, taxis, and buses every 10 minutes and offers numerous services: 3 swimming pools, Golf Club Perugia (18 holes), Quasar Village hypermarket, Quattrotorri conference center, tennis and soccer fields, multiscreen cinema, numerous shops and outlets, the playground of Città della Domenica, and many other attractions.

The structure is aesthetically normal, the room is small, and the bathroom is spacious. The problem was the sink in the bathroom being clogged and unusable. The problem was reported by phone to the manager who did not respond and the following morning pretended nothing happened. Breakfast was normal. The cost is high for what it offers.

We spent two nights at B&B Il Girasole. The rooms and the bathroom are very clean and we thank Emma for the kindness she showed us: one of us is allergic to dust and she promptly cleaned both rooms with an anti-dust mite product. The breakfast is abundant and it felt like being at home, a beautiful environment. Thanks to Emma and all the staff, it was a pleasure to stay with you and see your land.

Excellent welcoming and very quiet location. Cleanliness and order prevail. The internal parking is convenient. The staff is very kind. I would add a lamp on the bedside table (there is only one in my room) and for breakfast (simple and essential, sliced bread).

What a beautiful place to stay. Everything was nice about this house, and when we had an accident with abraded skin that unexpectedly bled on the sheets, they were changed without asking or complaints. Very nice hosting couple.

Mini family vacation, everything excellent, connected rooms for parents with children that allowed privacy and shared spaces. The comfortable beds and the garden allowed us to safely bring out the small dog. The bathroom with a very nice walk-in shower and all the comforts. At night, we did not perceive any noises from the other rooms and we rested well. The owner is very kind and friendly. Everything is really excellent. The quality-price ratio is excellent. We absolutely recommend it. Thank you for your hospitality.

Very well-kept and clean structure, in a non-central area but with all points of interest easily reachable. The owner is very kind and helpful (in our case, she advanced the breakfast time to allow us to leave in time for our commitments). Breakfast is only sweet, but with good products. The only drawback is the lack of a remote control for the sliding gate access to the property, which can only be opened with a key and therefore inconvenient in case of rain.

Excellent structure very well maintained. New and modern interiors, we really enjoyed it, modern and very welcoming room and bathroom. We found some hair on the sheet and dust in the hairdryer bin in the bathroom, but things that can be easily resolved. Excellent welcome, very good breakfast. If we happen to be in the area again, we will definitely choose it again.

B&B immersed in greenery and well-kept. Spacious room and equipped with everything necessary, except for the air conditioning (fans are available) and the non-functioning WiFi. The reception needs improvement, perhaps with a simple refreshing drink upon arrival (after a long journey) and a pleasant chat.

Certainly nothing to say about the beautiful and clean rooms nor about the adequate breakfast. Excellent value for money, the area is peripheral but close to shops, shopping centers and there is an excellent pizzeria where we ate very well. A note should be made about safety as the entrance driveway is cut in two by the sliding space of the automatic gate, it is not illuminated in the evening and I fell hurting myself badly. Definitely needs to be reviewed. Terrible attitude of the lady who wanted to point out that no one had ever fallen, making me feel almost guilty.
