Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 16 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 15 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Stanze nuove e pulitissime. Tutto di qualità: materasso, mobili. Luca collega di Stefano ci ha coccolati meglio di albergo 5 stelle!. Ci ha suggerito luoghi da visitare e sempre è stato attento alle necessità. La colazione favolosa con tante scelte e varietà: bevande calde e fredde, dolci, brioche etc. Ottimo prezzo qualità. Bellissima esperienza. Se verremo a Perugia e dintorni 100% torneremo. Grazie Luca e Stefano!

Abbiamo soggiornato una sola notte ed è stata straordinaria. Disponibilità costante di Luca (proprietario), pulizia ok, struttura nuovissima straordinaria sia per finiture (cromoterapia, clima e ventilatore a soffitto e letto immenso e comodissimo) che per posizione (un passo dal centro e da tutte le direzioni). Parcheggio interno privato sempre disponibile. Questo è il posto che fa al caso vostro...grazie a Luca per averci regalato queste sensazioni.

Vado spesso a Perugia per lavoro e quasi per caso sono approdata ai Fiori di Margherita. Struttura fantastica! Piccola, ma accogliente e pulita. Doccia con cromoterapia e letti comodissimi. Stefano Luca e Artú sono riusciti a non farmi sentire la nostalgia di casa. Consigliatissimo!

Grazie all’iniziativa B&B day siamo stati ospiti di Luca, Stefano e Artù: tutto perfetto, dalla stanza, al bagno, alla colazione. Ma quello che ha veramente caratterizzato il nostro soggiorno è stata l'accoglienza riservataci: Luca e Stefano ci hanno accolti come amici di lunga data, e Artù ci ha tristemente accompagnati all’ascensore al momento della partenza. Consigliatissimo e in bocca al lupo a Luca e Stefano per tutto!
