The Casa Berti residence is situated in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from the historic walls, making it an ideal location for a relaxing stay while being close to the city center. The property is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, where guests can take advantage of a convenient enclosed parking space. There is also a wood-fired oven and a barbecue available, perfect for hosting outdoor dinners on milder evenings.
All of the rooms are very spacious and equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year. There are two double rooms that can accommodate an extra bed, suitable for up to three people, and two connecting rooms that can host up to five guests. A more than pleasant stay! The location is excellent and strategic, close to the center and to all main roads, yet still very peaceful! Fantastic property and the host was very kind and extremely helpful. We could not have found a better accommodation. An absolute point of reference.

Beautiful house, spacious rooms, internal parking space. Very close to the entrance of Spello allows you to leave the car and explore this wonderful town on foot. Excellent treatment and very friendly owner.
