The Casa Berti residence is situated in a peaceful residential area, just a short walk from the historic walls, making it an ideal location for a relaxing stay while being close to the city center. The property is surrounded by a well-maintained garden, where guests can take advantage of a convenient enclosed parking space. There is also a wood-fired oven and a barbecue available, perfect for hosting outdoor dinners on milder evenings.

All of the rooms are very spacious and equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, ensuring comfort throughout the year. There are two double rooms that can accommodate an extra bed, suitable for up to three people, and two connecting rooms that can host up to five guests. Three of the rooms feature a private bathroom with a shower, complete with towels, soaps, and hairdryers.

The kitchen and breakfast area are shared spaces where guests can start their day in a cozy atmosphere. Pets are welcome, provided they do not enter the breakfast room.

The property is close to the station, welcoming and clean, it feels like staying in a home and it is very bright. The host is very friendly and the breakfast is very good. Spello is a lovely town and it will be worth returning to properly visit it.

Great location if you don't want to stay within the Spello walls! Very clean, large and updated rooms. Peaceful residential neighborhood that's a 10-minute walk to the Spello walls or the train station. It's about a 20-minute walk to the supermarket. It was perfect for me as a solo traveler who took day trips to the surrounding Umbrian towns. Luciano doesn't speak much English but will use Google Translate to answer questions or provide information. He lives on the property, so he is always available if there is an issue. The breakfast is self-serve and is mostly prepackaged items, some fresh fruit and yogurt. It's very easy to purchase what you want if you so desire. There is also a great café within walking distance. I would stay here again, and I highly recommend it unequivocally!

A more than pleasant stay! The location is excellent and strategic, close to the center and to all main roads, yet still very peaceful! Fantastic property and the host was very kind and extremely helpful. We could not have found a better accommodation. An absolute point of reference.

Beautiful house, spacious rooms, internal parking space. Very close to the entrance of Spello allows you to leave the car and explore this wonderful town on foot. Excellent treatment and very friendly owner.
