Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 5 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in must be before 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:30 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax is included in room rates
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €20.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Il bed and breakfast è esercitato all’interno dell’abitazione ove il titolare dimora abitualmente, RISERVANDOSI UNA CAMERA, UN BAGNO E L'USO ESCLUSIVO DELLA CUCINA. IL NUMERO MASSIMO DI OSPITI PRESENTI E' 6 PERSONE. La prima colazione è all'italiana; varianti e\o particolari esigenze devono essere segnalate al gestore al momento della prenotazione. Si fornisce ticket per la consumazione al bar. LA CAPARRA PUO' ESSERE PAGATA ANCHE CON RICARICA POSTE PAY.
