Description
Beautiful penthouse in the historic center, located in an elegant building at Porta Sole, near the church of San Severo (which houses Raphael's fresco that gives its name to the street). Relax in this peaceful space in a very central location, just a few steps from the Cathedral with magnificent views from the terrace. The apartment is on two levels: on the first, there is a fully equipped kitchen, and on the second, a spacious and bright living room with a terrace (with a sofa and armchairs) where you can enjoy the splendid panorama in complete privacy. There is also a master bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a small dedicated workspace (desk, washing machine), and a small guest toilet with a sink (very small).

Both the Sant'Antonio and Via Ripa di Meana parking lots are 550 meters away (€1.70/hour).
The Piazzale Europa parking lot is slightly farther (€1.30/hour), as well as the Piazza Partigiani parking lot (€1.70/hour), which is connected to Corso Vannucci by a moving staircase that passes through the medieval Rocca Paolina.
Free parking spaces can be found on Viale Sant'Antonio (make sure they are not reserved for residents), Viale Roma, and Piazzale Cupa.
From Piazza Partigiani, there are intercity buses that connect Perugia to various nearby towns (Deruta, Gubbio, Guardo Tadino, Assisi, Bettona, Todi, Città della Pieve, etc.).
