Hello, my name is Belen and I am pleased to welcome you to my cozy apartment! My home is located near the famous Perugina chocolate factory and Silvestrini hospital. The neighborhood, San Sisto, is very convenient and well-connected. The apartment is spacious and bright, situated on the ground floor with just 4 steps to access! It consists of an entrance, a relaxation/study corner, a living room with kitchen, a balcony with a small adjacent garden, a bedroom, and a bathroom.

Apartment located in a quiet area, equipped with all comforts, tastefully furnished and with elements that create a relaxing atmosphere. Very spacious, extremely clean, close to the supermarket, the pharmacy and the hospital. The hosts are very kind. We could not have asked for more. We will book it again the next time we need to stay near the hospital.

Clean apartment, equipped with all comforts: extra blankets, hairdryer, heater, towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. Nothing was missing; it was well heated. A Conad supermarket and a bar are one minute away. The town center can be reached quickly and the owner is a very kind and helpful person. I hope to return for a few extra days because we had a great stay.

The apartment managed by the very kind Belen is one of the best I have ever stayed in. It is located in a very convenient position for those who want to visit Perugia (a few minutes from the free parking Pian di Massiano, terminal of the Minimetrò) and on the highway to reach the various Umbrian villages. The accommodation is really very comfortable, modern and well-kept, with large spaces (it accommodates up to 6 people) and well-equipped, free parking and is located a few meters from a supermarket, the cleanliness is impeccable. Highly recommended. Thanks to Belen and her mother for the hospitality.

It's a pity we only stayed one night but we will definitely keep it in mind for the future. We felt at home right away, the large house is new and, most importantly, very clean and with all the comforts, even the dryer! The lady, even if only by phone, was very kind and courteous. Thank you very much. Highly recommended B&B.

Large apartment equipped with everything. Well-equipped kitchen, bathroom products. In the bathroom, I also found eye makeup remover that I had not brought. For us, it was a bit cold, despite the radiators being very hot. I would recommend putting a second pillow and another blanket in the wardrobe. Recommended.
