The two tourist accommodations of La Pineta are conveniently located between the historic center of Assisi and Monte Subasio Park. This location will allow you to visit the city without sacrificing comfort.

You will be able to admire the wonders of Assisi, which are easily accessible on foot, and stay in our recently renovated accommodations, tastefully furnished and following tradition. The three-room apartment called Anfiteatro Romano can accommodate up to four people, while the two-room apartment called La Rocca can accommodate up to seven people. Both accommodations are located on the ground floor and have two bathrooms with a shower box each.

The Anfiteatro Romano apartment is a three-room accommodation at La Pineta Assisi with two bedrooms, perfect for accommodating up to four people. The spaces are well divided, making it ideal for families or friends who wish to stay in Assisi. The 60 sqm accommodation has a private equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower box, and an independent entrance.

La Rocca

Very comfortable apartment. We stayed with our 5-year-old daughter. Everything was clean and tidy, and Cristiano, the owner, was really very nice. In a quiet area, you can reach the center of Assisi with a nice walk. Highly recommended.

The receptionist was very nice and had to intervene to solve some problems such as the lack of towels for the bathroom. There are no ceiling lights at the light points on the ceiling, I don't know how intentional that is, the main bathroom light is burnt out. Otherwise, excellent accommodation near the center in a quiet area. Supermarket on site.
