This apartment, is ideal for 4 vacationers. It offers a double bedroom and spacious livingroom with sofa bed. The lounge is perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration of the city. Curl up on the comfortable sofa and enjoy a good book or take advantage of the amenities on offer, including WiFi. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking up your favorite meals. Enjoy your feast around the dining table. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and a toilet. Note that towels and bed linen are included in the rental fee. Public parking is available onsite but depending on the hour may be applied a fee of 1. 30 euro per hour (it is always free between 7. 30pm and 9. 00am). Smoking is not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Parties are not allowed.

We are not authorized to provide food to our guests but in the apartment there is a fully equipped kitchen with kettle, coffe machine, 2 toasters, microwave, regular hoven, fridge and washing machine for those of them who want to prepare the breakfast by themself. There are two big supermarket in the very neighborood and two coffe bars in less than 3 minutes by walking.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We are allowed to provide the apartment keys only after guests registration. For this reason we will ask you to provide a valid Id document (Passport if you are extra UE citizen, or the document Id if you are UE citizen) and you will be asked to sign a contract in Italian for the rent of the apartment.

The double bedroom fits for two people. There is a small balcony to enjoy fresh air at the morning, or to enjoy the nice view of the landscape during the evening. Hi there! I am Jacopo and I am a software engineer! In the last years I had the opportunity to visit many countries in singular conditions, cycling throught 3 countries or doing over than 1000 km by walking.

It's in this circumstances that I realized how much the hospitality of local people is important for a traveler.

That's why in 2019 I decided to offer my apartment for visitors coming in Umbria and in Perugia for few days or some weeks.

Area mid-centre

The apartment is very near to the main train station of Perugia, and less than 2 km from the historical center that is possible to reach thanks to the large number of public transports, in about 10 minutes. In the neighborood there are also shops and services
