Description
The house underwent a complete renovation in 2018, with the intention of providing relaxation and a breath of fresh air. Upon entering, the aim is to transmit a sense of serenity, as if arriving at a vacation destination and being able to fully unwind. The wall lights are positioned in such a way that they do not shine directly, aiding in the relaxation of the mind. Opening the windows and gazing upon the old houses and empty streets, devoid of city traffic, helps one understand how time seems to have stopped many years ago when things were slower and more livable.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:00 AM
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 20.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00

No guests allowed in rooms

The apartment was impeccably clean and the arrangements to access the property were simple (thank you Lilliana). \nProperty is only 100 meters or so from the main street of Guardia which, when we were there, had live music in the square. Highly recommended.

Lovely renovated apartment in the center of Guardea. Very cozy and clean, equipped with a washing machine, induction kitchen, and air conditioning. Very kind Mr. Stefano who provided us with all the detailed instructions and Mrs. Liliana who welcomed us.
