The historic family residence, now known as the "Bioecological Farmhouse Montereano," has been recently restored with a focus on environmental sustainability and respect for its original architecture. Equipped with state-of-the-art ecological systems, such as solar panels and heat pumps, it also features a charging station for electric vehicles and a panoramic swimming pool overlooking the countryside.
The property includes eight apartments and two rooms, situated between the main farmhouse and a smaller secondary dwelling, both surrounded by a meticulously maintained Italian garden. A delight. We chose the residence as a base to explore Umbria. Charming property, with all comforts. The studio is very spacious and the three of us were comfortably accommodated. The pool is beautiful, with a breathtaking view and a rare silence (to be preserved). Finally, and this is the most important part, the hosts are delightful people: a discreet, elegant and caring presence.
