The B&B is located in the center of Perugia, within an ancient Renaissance palace designed by the architect Gian Galeazzo Alessi. It is situated 200 meters away from Corso Vannucci and Piazza IV Novembre, which are the historic and lively heart of the city.
The rooms come with a private bathroom and a kitchenette. Linen and breakfast are included, as well as free wifi and the possibility of using the washing machine for longer stays.

I loved my study-holiday stay at Anna's because she is an exceptional person as well as a great hostess from Perugia. She explains everything to you in detail as if she were a teacher. In short, she goes out of her way to help you wherever you come from and whatever language you speak. Thank you Anna! You are a sweetheart.

An excellent location in the heart of Perugia and a stone's throw from everything that one might want to see or experience. Very easy to find and easily accessible for us from the train station. The mini metro from the station is the best form of public transport we have ever experienced, efficient, punctual, frequent (every few minutes), clean, and affordable. It's a great way to arrive in the historical Centre in a matter of minutes. The apartment is in a lovely palazzo, and the bedroom is adorned with a beautiful ceiling with frescoes filled with sunlight. The furnishings are comfortable, as is the bed. The host, Anna, lives nearby and was so helpful and accommodating while respecting our privacy. She made us feel at home and provided us with everything we asked for our breakfast. We extended our stay because of the excellent host, location (a proud neighborhood with lots of street art and so central but quiet), and good value. Our best B&B experience.

Pleasant, very warm, well-kept, clean structure, the first time I find a memory mattress and pillows that are not for (clay pigeon shooting). The owner is simply very kind and helpful.

Anna è un'ospite deliziosa, disponibile e attenta.
La casetta è un gioiellino nel cuore della città con tutto a portata di mano e in una via ricca di piccole opere d'arte appese ai muri.

Sono stata assieme ad amiche nel B&B Alessi nel weekend della fiera del cioccolato. Posizione ottima a due passi dal centro, appartamento funzionale, ordinato. Signora Anna disponibilissima, in qualsiasi momento della giornata.

Alessi B&B is exceptional because of the care and thoughtfulness of the proprietress Anna. She took a personal interest in my time in Perugia, and couldn't have been more helpful, giving advice on directions, places to visit, local transport. The apartment I stayed in was bright and cheerful, in a lovely part of the town, very central. My room was very comfortable and quiet, which was necessary for me because I went to Perugia to complete an Italian language class.

La proprietaria del B&B Alessi mi ha dirottato su un'altra struttura da lei gestita, B&B Azzi, in posizione molto favorevole. L'accoglienza è stata buona, sono stato prelevato alla staziome degli autobus e accompagnato a destinazione. Poi però più nulla. Stanza grande ma arredata in maniera squallida e priva di aria condizionata, bagno in zona comune utilizzata anche dal proprietario, mancava il sapone nel bagno, pulizia del tutto assente, all'inizio mancava il phon, colazione fai da te con biscotti della coop.

Oltre che amareggiata, sono estremamente sorpresa poichè io con tutti i miei ospiti cerco di dare il massimo della disponibilità e di adeguarmi il più possibile alle loro esigenze. Vi ho fatto prelevare alla stazione, vi ho chiesto che esigenza avevate per la colazione e, soprattutto, non vi ho lasciato solo i biscotti della Coop (non li considero prodotti di scarsa qualità) ma anch yogurt, burro, muesli, succhi di frutta, brioches, marmellata, oltre a caffè e latte naturalmente. Le colazioni che offro ai miei ospiti, che siano preparate autonomamente o servite da me, sonomsempre abbondanti e ricche. Questo vorrei puntualizzarlo. Sul fatto della pulizia, in genere vengo in tarda mattinata per sistemare, ma con voi non ho potuto farlo una mattina su tre, poiché vi ho trovato ancora nella casa e ho pensato che fosse meglio non disturbarvi. Tendo a rispettare sempre la privacy e le abitudini dei miei ospiti, e se capisco che le persone non sono propense a conversare mi tiro indietro per non essere indiscreta. Per il sapone, mi scuso, è stata una dimenticanza! L'unica cosa di cui, secondo me, avete avuto ragione a lamentarvi! Spero poter avere l'occasione di farvi soggiornare da me e ricredervi sul vostro giudizio. Cordiali saluti, Anna.

Ad essere sinceri, l'impatto non era stato buono. B&B in zona ZTL, difficoltà ad arrivare e senza nessuna indicazione, oltretutto l'indirizzo (internet) non corrispondeva. Ma... essendoci telefonati e poi incontrati, si sono attenuate le perplessità e le difficoltà nella scelta del B&B Alessi. La conduttrice signora Anna, persona gentilissima e disponibile, avendoci dato tutte le info di merito, accompagnandoci personalmente verso un parcheggio gratuito ed avendoci nel frattempo fatto fare un tour di Perugia (centro storico), abbiamo iniziato ad apprezzare la località e la sistemazione (bella-ordinata-pulita-ampia e completa). Insomma, Perugia è bella, in alto, panoramica, piena di giovani e con una vasta zona pedonale. Ci torneremo volentieri, ma l'unica nota stonata, gli escrementi canini!

La proprietaria è stato molto carina e l'appartamento dove eravamo alloggiati è stato di nostro gradimento, con tutti i confort del caso, oltretutto vicinissimo alle zone centrali.
