Villa Poggiolo is a noble residence from the second half of the 19th century, nestled in the tranquil Umbrian countryside, surrounded by over two hectares of English-style gardens with centuries-old trees, rose gardens, and spacious green spaces. Here, time seems to slow down, creating an authentic and relaxing atmosphere, far removed from the rhythms of everyday life.

Guests can stay in the spacious, stylishly furnished rooms on the upper floor of the villa. The pool, surrounded by lush greenery, invites guests to spend pleasant moments relaxing, while the restaurant, available by reservation, offers traditional local flavors.

To preserve the tranquility that characterizes the property, the villa's rooms do not have televisions or WiFi, which is available exclusively in the common areas on the ground floor. The rooms are located on the second floor and are accessed via a scenic stone staircase; there is no elevator.

The day begins with a carefully prepared Italian-style breakfast. Alongside coffee, cappuccino, latte macchiato, tea, and fruit juices, guests are served bread, butter, jams, and a generous assortment of handmade pastries made directly on the premises.

During the pleasant season, it is possible to enjoy breakfast under the porch overlooking the garden, surrounded by the scents of roses and the park, in a peaceful atmosphere that makes waking up even more delightful.

Restaurant

The Osteria del Poggiolo restaurant, also open to non-residents, offers simple yet flavorful cuisine featuring traditional Roman and Umbrian dishes with hints of Salento.

The menu is set, with the option of a "half menu, " a light snack, or a hearty aperitif.

Wines are local, available by the glass or bottle. Reservations are required.
