For centuries, the Podere Casenove farm was the property of the Family Canosci; until 1984, it was a business conducted with a "Mezzadria Contract" since the land was cultivated by the family of the so-called "Mezzadro (tenant farmer) " who lived in the farmhouse.
Up to that period, the farm was composed of: :
•Agricultural land of 5. 20 hectares (of which 5 hectares were crop land and 0. 20 hectares used as vineyards);
•Farmhouse used as a residence for the tenant farmer;
•Roofed area in front of the farmhouse with a wood stove;
•Open shed used for storing agricultural tools;
•Building used as a barn;
•Building used for drying white tobacco produced on our lands;
•Large field belonging to the buildings indicated above called "Aia".
After the 1984 termination of the Mezzadria Contract (Contract for metayage) with direct cultivation by the owners, and followed by consistent renovations, the farmhouse became the summer vacation home of the owner's family.
Beginning in 2000, additional restoration work was begun to be consistent with the local residences, including wooden beams, tile, part of the walls with exposed masonry etc., intended to gradually launch a new Agritourism activity.
Hospitality activities began 2002, managed with loving care directly by Mrs. Luigina, wife of the owner.

We stayed during the days of Ferragosto hoping not to find chaos and so it was. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery with a clean and organized pool. Everything in the apartment is very well-kept and very, very clean. The managers are kind and helpful. Suitable for relaxation and as a starting point to visit the numerous medieval villages nearby. Congratulations, we will be back soon!

Ho soggiornato in questo agriturismo per una settimana e le mie aspettative sono state più che appagate. La simpatia e la cortesia degli host, Luigina e Silio, la pulizia impeccabile, la struttura immersa nel verde e nel silenzio. La piscina non la abbiamo sfruttata per questioni di tempo ma è bellissima. Le norme anticovid rispettare in modo impeccabile. Il paese è in un punto strategico per visitare Umbria e Toscana. Nel miniappartamento non mancava nulla, magari a voler essere pignoli un forno a microonde. Wi cui cui con segnale potentissimo. Lo consiglio, noi ci torneremo!

Bellissima struttura, molto curata, sia all'interno degli appartamenti che fuori nel giardino, gestori molto gentili, posto molto tranquillo, facile da raggiungere, a soli 30 km da Arezzo.

Bellissima struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio e molto pulita. Immersa nella campagna umbra ma vicina a tanti luoghi di interesse come Arezzo, Città di Castello, Gubbio. I proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili, l'appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Adatto anche a famiglie con bambini. Luogo ideale se si vuole trascorrere una vacanza in tranquillità e relax.

Bellissimo Podere curato nei minimi particolari un posto dove pace e tranquillità sono davvero al primo posto. Alloggio confortevole e curato nei minimi dettagli, adatto a tutti anche a famiglie, priprietari gentili e disponibili, ci siamo sentiti a casa.
Posto strategico nelle colline Umbro/Toscane, vicino a locali e città d arte come Firenze che dista un ora e Arezzo che dista 21 minuti. Nelle vicinanze da non perdere Castiglion del Lago, Citerna dove San Francesco ha lasciato le sue tracce e dove si può vedere la madonna del Donatello.
E ancora da visitare città di Castello Anghiari e molte altre città. Cibo ottimo in ogni luogo salumi formaggi e buon vino. Una vacanza all insegna del buon gusto e delle tradizioni che ne fanno da padroni voto 10, grazie Podere Casenove punto strategico per una vacanza da sogno. Famiglia Copertini.

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l'appartamento Il Pino per qualche giorno e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Appartamenti molto ben curati e puliti. La posizione della struttura è in piena campagna, ma in breve tempo si raggiungono numerosi luoghi d'interesse come Arezzo, Sansepolcro e Città di Castello.
Complimenti soprattutto per la gestione e per la gentilezza e la disponibilità dimostrata.
