For centuries, the Podere Casenove farm was the property of the Family Canosci; until 1984, it was a business conducted with a "Mezzadria Contract" since the land was cultivated by the family of the so-called "Mezzadro (tenant farmer) " who lived in the farmhouse.
Up to that period, the farm was composed of: :
•Agricultural land of 5. 20 hectares (of which 5 hectares were crop land and 0. 20 hectares used as vineyards);
•Farmhouse used as a residence for the tenant farmer;
•Roofed area in front of the farmhouse with a wood stove;
•Open shed used for storing agricultural tools;
•Building used as a barn;
•Building used for drying white tobacco produced on our lands;
•Large field belonging to the buildings indicated above called "Aia".
After the 1984 termination of the Mezzadria Contract (Contract for metayage) with direct cultivation by the owners, and followed by consistent renovations, the farmhouse became the summer vacation home of the owner's family.
Beginning in 2000, additional restoration work was begun to be consistent with the local residences, including wooden beams, tile, part of the walls with exposed masonry etc., intended to gradually launch a new Agritourism activity.
Hospitality activities began 2002, managed with loving care directly by Mrs. Luigina, wife of the owner.

Relaxing place very well maintained by the owners. Comfortable, clean apartment equipped with everything you need. There were 4 of us and the sofa is very comfortable to sleep on. The pool is fully furnished. Luigina and Silio are two lovely, friendly, and very helpful people even with my mother who had a small mishap. They were also available for check-in and check-out times. But the best part I discovered at the end... amazing Filippo... I absolutely recommend it for those who want to unwind from the city chaos. Thank you from the heart for the hospitality.

We stayed during the days of Ferragosto hoping not to find chaos and so it was. The farmhouse is surrounded by greenery with a clean and organized pool. Everything in the apartment is very well-kept and very, very clean. The managers are kind and helpful. Suitable for relaxation and as a starting point to visit the numerous medieval villages nearby. Congratulations, we will be back soon!

I stayed at this agriturismo for a week and my expectations were more than met. The friendliness and courtesy of the hosts, Luigina and Silio, the impeccable cleanliness, the structure immersed in greenery and silence. We didn't take advantage of the pool due to time constraints, but it is beautiful. The anticovid rules were impeccably respected. The town is in a strategic location to visit Umbria and Tuscany. The mini-apartment lacked nothing, maybe to be nitpicky a microwave oven. Wi cui cui with a very strong signal. I recommend it, we will come back!
