In Umbria, the green heart of Italy, there is a place called Paradiso, located about 6 km from Assisi. Perched at an elevation of 650 meters, it overlooks a vast valley to the north of the Monte Subasio park, a site cherished by St. Francis and once home to numerous hermits.

From this vantage point, one can enjoy a panoramic view of 360 degrees, allowing for the observation of the towering peaks of the Umbrian-Marchigian Apennines, where each morning the sun blesses the new day. Paradiso41 is a farm that has been cultivating its fields using organic methods for over 30 years. The decision to live on this farm, along with its activities and lifestyle, arose from a desire to reconnect with natural rhythms in a simple way. We are delighted to welcome you to this enchanting place.

My name is Maya and I was born in this beautiful place that 13 years ago I renovated creating a farmhouse, ours is also a farm that produces organic cereals and vegetables that are the basis of our cuisine. I live and work here, with my sons Yuri and Leone, and Fabio who will delight you with his genuine dishes. We love sharing with our guests the splendor of this place surrounded by nature.
