Description
Agriturismo 4 ears in the green Umbrian countryside just 10 minutes drive from the center of Assisi. Let the tranquility of the hill where the property is located surround you and imagine the relaxing stay in Umbria that awaits you in our farmhouse.
Pets are welcome, upon request for acceptance and are subject to a surcharge.
A few meters from the property are olive trees and vineyards, exclusively organic, of which you can appreciate the fruits expertly transformed by our farm.
Agriturismo La Rocca has three rooms and an apartment with private kitchen. All apartments overlook the park with swimming pool, are air-conditioned and equipped with private entrance, Wi-Fi and private bathroom with free kit.
On days when low season rates apply, the pool will be closed and the heating will not work.
On days when mid-season rates are applied (Friday and Saturday, excluding high season) you can enjoy the swimming pool or heating service. The air conditioning is available in medium and high season with a surcharge ranging from 8 to 12 euros per day depending on use.

Possible sixth and seventh bed (ONLY FOR CHILDREN) available: extra charge of € 20 per day per child (upon request information).

Area hills
The farm is located 10 minutes drive from the historic center of Assisi. The SS75 is easily accessible so as to get in a short time to Spello, Foligno, Spoleto, Trevi and Rasiglia (south side) or Perugia, Gubbio, Todi, Orvieto (north side). About an hour by highway you can enter the A1 to easily reach Florence and Siena and connect with Tuscany and Lazio. The Umbria Airport "S. Francesco d'Assisi" is 13 minutes by car while the train station of Assisi can be reached in about 20 minutes, by car.

We were a little disappointed in this Agriturismo as it was more hotel than what we are used to. No tea or coffee making facilities, no restaurant on site as inferred by the description in the app, no kitchen as also indicated in the app. Lovely space but not what we have been used to at Agriturismos.
