A large garden with a swimming pool is at the complete disposal of guests and surrounds the house. The panorama that can be admired from the upper loggia is enriched by the presence of horses and farm animals. For those who prefer to relax and enjoy the agriturismo, the swimming pool with a view of the surrounding hills and the garden are at their complete disposal. Additionally, there is a shaded porch overlooking the vegetable garden and the play area.

Take all the time you need and start the day the way you prefer. Our rich buffet includes bread and toast, homemade cakes and pastries, locally produced jams, fresh and dried fruit, honey, cereals, and yogurt. For the little ones, there is also the delicious Nutella. For those who prefer an international breakfast, eggs, ham, and fresh cheeses are available.
You can accompany everything with fresh fruit juices and smoothies, espresso or moka coffee, cappuccino, milk, tea, and barley. You will have the freedom to choose how to start your day. Additionally, upon request, we have plant-based milk, lactose-free products, or gluten-free options to meet your specific needs.

The Country House is located a short distance from both Lake Trasimeno (east side, just 15 minutes from Perugia) and its charming towns (Passignano sul Trasimeno, Tuoro sul Trasimeno, Castiglione del lago on the lakeside, and Paciano, Panicale, Piegaro, and Città della Pieve on the inner hilly side). The main Umbrian art cities such as Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, and Spoleto can be easily reached in a short time thanks to convenient connecting roads. Furthermore, both Cortona and Siena, two beautiful art cities in neighboring Tuscany, can be reached in less than an hour. Finally, it is important to underline that the famous Perugia-Trasimeno Cycle Path passes right in front of our Agriturismo, greatly loved by cyclists and jogging enthusiasts.
