Description
Farmhouse apartments surrounded by greenery with private swimming pool 7 km from Perugia. There are 7 apartments, on the ground floor or first floor and consist of a fully equipped kitchen, living room with double sofa bed, double bedroom, in some of the apartments there is also anoher single or double or triple bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower, in some of the apartments there is also a second bathroom or shower room, private outdoor space for eating out in the summer equipped with chairs, table and deckchairs.
There is the possibility of adding single beds and/or cots.
The apartments are suitable for children and some are equipped to accommodate people with disabilities. We accept dogs but not cats.
Services present: TV, independent heating, free Wifi, linen changed, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, laundry drying area.
Each apartment has an independent entrance which guarantees maximum privacy.
The swimming pool is 105m2 and is open from 9am to 8pm. No swimming cap needed.
Free parking and forest where you can walk on the edge of our property.
We are always available for any need.
There is the possibility of adding single beds and/or cots.

Our breakfast is a special time of the day. Sitting in the shade of the veranda surrounded by greenery, you can taste a rich buffet with organic jams of our own production, homemade pastries and bread with our flour, cheeses from local shepherds, eggs and honey from our trusted nearby farmers and beekeepers, organic fruit.
Italian breakfast costs € 10 per adult per day
Continental breakfast costs €15 per adult per day
Children, aged 4 to 10 years pay 50%.

My name is Franca and I am the owner of Agriturismo il Corniolo.
The Agriturismo has existed since 2003, it was my family’s farmhouse and an 1800 barn. We renovated it in 7 delicious apartments, a common lounge-area and a swimming pool.
I live in the countryside since I was a child, I love green and ample spaces, our fresh, clean air, the silence and the sounds of nature.
I love working “en plein air”, thanks to the many outdoor activities involved in running an Agriturismo.
I have a great passion for jams, prepared with our 100% organic fruit.
Among the traditional flavors we prepare our jams with: red and white raspberries, strawberries, apricots, peaches, plums, figs and blackberries.
I love experimenting new and particular flavours too, like: pears and walnuts, prunes and ginger, peach and mint, figs and walnuts, pumpkin and oranges, kiwi and hawthorn flowers.
My other great passion is cooking: I love preparing excellent breakfasts with sourdough bread, cakes and pastries, all homemade.
For me it’s a unique experience to know so many people from all over the world, tie new relationships and share experiences and life stories.

The farmhouse is located just 10 minutes by car from Perugia and at a maximum distance of one hour from all the most beautiful Umbrian cities and villages (Assisi, Gubbio, Spoleto, Orvieto. . .), Lake Trasimeno, the Marmore Falls and other splendors of our region as well as nearby Tuscany are easily reachable.
At the entrance to the farmhouse there is a bus stop that takes you to the center of Perugia every hour from Monday to Saturday. Despite this, coming by car is preferable to have absolute freedom of movement. Numerous trains or buses leave from the center of Perugia and the central station to reach the most interesting centers in Umbria. It is also possible to book a taxi or rent a car.
The hamlet in which the farmhouse is located is equipped with all the services for a maximum of 7 minutes by car: supermarkets, pharmacy, tobacconists, bars, petrol stations. .
