Nestled in the serene Umbrian countryside, just 7 km from the center of Perugia, this farmhouse offers seven independent apartments, ideal for those seeking relaxation, nature, and comfort. Each unit, located either on the ground floor or the first floor, features a fully equipped kitchen, a living area with a double sofa bed, a master bedroom with a double bed, and in some cases, an additional single, double, or triple bedroom. The bathroom includes a shower, and some configurations also offer a second bathroom or an additional shower room.
Each apartment has its own entrance and a private outdoor space furnished with a table, chairs, and loungers, perfect for enjoying the lovely weather in complete peace. Upon request, extra single beds or cribs for children can be added. The accommodation is family-friendly, with environments suitable for young children and, in some instances, accessible to individuals with disabilities.
Included amenities feature independent heating, TV, free Wi-Fi, linens with changes, a communal laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board, as well as a drying area for clothes. Guests have access to a large swimming pool of 105 square meters, open daily from 9 AM to 8 PM, without a swimming cap requirement, and to a woodland area at the edge of the property, perfect for leisurely nature walks.
Parking is free, and dogs are welcome, though cats cannot be accommodated. The managers live on-site and are always available to provide assistance and recommendations, ensuring a peaceful and personalized stay.

Our breakfast is a unique moment of the day. Nestled in the shade of the veranda surrounded by greenery, you will have the chance to enjoy a plentiful buffet featuring organic jams made by us, homemade sweets and bread crafted from our flour, cheeses from local farmers, eggs and honey from trusted local farmers and beekeepers, along with organic fruit.
The price for the Italian breakfast is €10 per adult per day.

My name is Franca, and I am the proud owner of Agriturismo Il Corniolo. Established in 2003, this charming agriturismo has been transformed from an old farmhouse and a barn dating back to the 1800s, which belonged to my family, who operated a large agricultural estate. After a careful renovation, it now features 7 cozy apartments, a common room, and a swimming pool for the relaxation of our guests.
Growing up in the countryside, I have always had a strong connection to nature, cherishing the lush greenery, open spaces, fresh air, and the peaceful sounds of the natural environment, such as birds singing and the rooster crowing in the morning. My passion for outdoor activities is reflected in my daily work at the agriturismo.
I am also a jam enthusiast, making preserves using organic fruit grown on our land and sourced from trusted suppliers. Among the classic flavors, we offer red and white raspberries, strawberries, apricots, peaches, plums, figs, and blackberries. For those who enjoy unique tastes, I suggest combinations like pears and walnuts, plums and ginger, peaches and mint, figs and nuts, pumpkin and oranges, and kiwi with hawthorn flowers.
Cooking is another one of my great passions: every morning, I prepare delightful breakfasts with naturally leavened bread, pastries, and croissants, all made from scratch.
For me, it is an extraordinary experience to meet people from all over Italy and the world, to build connections, and to share life stories and unforgettable experiences. We look forward to welcoming you for an authentic and emotion-filled stay!

However, for greater freedom to explore, it is advisable to arrive by car. Frequent trains and buses depart from the center of Perugia and the main train station to the key attractions of Umbria. It is also possible to book a taxi or rent a car to make getting around easier.
In the area where the agriturismo is situated, you will have access to all essential services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops, cafes, and gas stations, all just a 7-minute drive away.
