Description
We are in Umbria, just one kilometre from Norcia in the heart of the Monti Sibillini National Park.

Among the woods and pastures of our mountains, we offer a warm welcome and an attention to detail in our twelve rooms with a wonderful view of the mountains, all with en-suite bathroom, TV, Wi-Fi connection and on request mini fridge.

At our restaurant you can enjoy the authentic flavours of our mountains, either in the comfortable dining room with large fireplace or outside in the green garden.

We grow legumes and cereals, according to the principles of organic agriculture and in natural truffle fields and the truffle farm created with the University of Perugia, we hunt for the prized black truffle of Norcia.

Typical structure of the place and well integrated into the landscape. Very good location because it is very close to Norcia and other municipalities/villages in the area. Room also furnished in a refined rustic style. Beautiful, with only the negative note of the spiral stairs to get there and the few points of support, such as chairs, shelves, countertops. Breakfast and dinner fantastic: good and well-prepared products. Managers kind and helpful. We will definitely keep it in mind if we return to the area.

Impeccably renovated farmhouse. Accurate cleaning of all rooms. Rooms furnished according to the theme of the structure and equipped with all comforts. Dinner was excellent. Excellent clean structure and very abundant breakfast. The owner is always present and very helpful. Too bad for the restaurant that was under maintenance, but it will be active within a month. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful farmhouse about a kilometer away from Norcia, excellent base for bike excursions. Very spacious rooms and relaxing atmosphere. Delicious cakes prepared by the hosts served at breakfast. The adjacent restaurant is also excellent.

In fact, these are mini apartments: two rooms (large, the living room has a sofa, armchair, TV, dining table, etc.) equipped with a kitchen, oven, fridge (even a microwave) and provided with everything necessary (from the coffee maker to dishes, pots, etc...), with air conditioning in each room and independent entrances. These overlook a large, extremely well-kept lawn with hammock, armchairs, pergola, etc. that overlooks the typical hills of the Tuscan countryside. This, and the location, near Pienza, but in an area reachable by a short dirt road, therefore very quiet, make it for me one of the best agriturismos I have ever visited at an identical price, or lower, than the others (85€ per night).
