The holiday farm Annamaria is situated on the hills overlooking the Lake Trasimeno - 4 km from Castiglione del Lago and 10 km from Tuscany - and offers panoramic views of the lake and the surrounding beautiful countryside.
We can offer to our guests friendly and familiar hospitality and 4 different apartment:
- "Agrifoglio apartment" is composed of a large living-and dining-room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds, bathroom; heating, TV, bed and bath linen.
It can lodge from 2 to 6 peoples.
- "Ginestra apartment" is composed of a large living-and dining-room, with a fully equipped kitchen and a sofa bed, bedroom with a double bed and two twin beds, bathroom; heating, TV, bed and bath linen and a wonderful terrace with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake.
It can lodge from 2 to 6 peoples.
- "Biancospino apartment" for two people, has one room with bathroom, heating, cooking facilities, TV, bed and bath linen, and a wonderful terrace with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake. Possibility to add a little bed.
- "Nocciolo apartment" for 2/3 people, has one room with bathroom, heating, cooking facilities, TV, bed and bath linen, and a wonderful terrace with panoramic view on the Trasimeno lake. Possibility to add a little bed.
At our guests' disposal there is a large equipped garden with swimming-pool, gazebo and playground, full of trees and flowers. In the our big garden there is also an individual plot for rural camping, accomodating up to 4/5 peoples: they have al their disposal a building with a common room (living-and dining-room with kitchen) and large bathroom.

We offer a breakfast/tasting with some healthy and natural products that we produce ourselves, such as extra-virgin olive oil, various types of jam, fagiolina del Trasimeno, and an excellent local DOC wine.
Our main production is extra-virgin olive oil, for which we are authorized to bottle. We obtain a high-quality, 100% natural, delicious, and healthy product from our olives, which are registered with the Umbria DOP.
Annamaria's jams, available in various flavors, are made exclusively from our fruits, which are carefully cultivated following the best natural criteria.
Fagiolina is a typical and characteristic legume of our area. It is a traditional and tasty specialty that, when cooked and seasoned raw with extra-virgin olive oil, can be served as an appetizer, side dish, or first course.
The wine called "Colli del Trasimeno" DOC, both red and white, is produced from the transformation of the best grapes collected in the gentle hills that surround Lake Trasimeno.

Hello, my name is Annamaria and I was born and have always lived in the municipality of Castiglione del Lago. For over 20 years, my family and I have been running our small farmhouse with great pleasure. I have had the pleasure and honor of welcoming and hosting many people from all over the world. With my guests, I want to establish a friendly and familiar relationship. Many of them come back to stay with us and have become friends. I like to imagine that our farmhouse can always be perceived as an oasis of peace, friendship, and relaxation. I continue to do my job with great satisfaction because I want to continue to see my guests happy, relaxed, and content.

Genuine and authentic Annamaria farmhouse, in a strategic location between the most beautiful villages of Trasimeno and the cultural cities of Siena, Perugia, and Arezzo. Immersed in greenery, among olive trees and orchards, very well-kept, large and clean swimming pool, a beautiful pergola where you can have dinner or lunch, there is even a barbecue, a pond with frogs, and several games for children. Annamaria and her husband are lovely, they offer genuine products from their farm and many stories of their local history related to the area. We will definitely come back to spend more time with them in that little paradise.

The Agriturismo Annamaria is a place that enters your heart, for how it is managed by the owners who are attentive to all the needs of the guests and for the atmosphere in the hamlet of Frattavecchia. The structure is located in a strategic point of Umbria and from there it is possible to visit practically all of it, even bordering on Tuscany; it is well cared for and very clean, thanks to the incessant work of the owners who welcome guests as if they were family, often letting them taste the fruits of their garden. My family and I can't wait to return. It has become our favorite place. Highly recommended.

Annamaria and her family are truly special people, they make you feel at home but with discretion and respect for privacy. Welcome, generosity, structure immersed in greenery and silence are definitely the strong points. I was fully satisfied, highly recommended!

Ho soggiornato in quella struttura un po' di tempo fa, siamo stati benissimo. Il posto é incantevole, i proprietari sono persone gentilissime, Annamaria e Danilo, ti fanno sentire a casa. La colazione una bontà, fatta con dei prodotti fatti a casa. Gli appartamenti puliti e accoglienti. Adatto a chi vuole staccare dallo stress perché ti permette di fare delle belle passeggiate nel mezzo del verde. Consigliato per le famiglie con figli piccoli.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo agriturismo trovato per puro caso, e ci hanno accolto i due fantastici proprietari che ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Disponibili in tutto, generosi all'ennesima potenza fornendo anche i loro buonissimi prodotti quali frutta, verdura e quant'altro! Pulizia dell'appartamento e del l'esterno, compresa la zona piscina, tutto al minimo dettaglio. Un'oasi di pace e tranquillità in tutto il circondario, ma cmq a 5 minuti di auto da Castiglione del Lago. Veramente una grande scoperta ed una bellissima esperienza che consigliamo vivamente di fare.

La struttura è in un contesto di vero agriturismo. La disponibilità dei gestori è sempre stata ottima e si sono rapportati a noi sempre con cordialità, instaurando un rapporto amichevole quasi familiare. Abbiamo riscontrato pulizia e tutto in regola per quanto riguarda le cose presenti nell'appartamento e a nostra disposizione. Buone colazioni con le mitiche marmellate di Annamaria e le sue torte. Momento nel quale ci siamo conosciuti meglio e dove è aumentata la stima reciproca e la conseguente amicizia. Ci siamo promessi di ritornare, anche perché oltre ad esserci trovati bene, quelle zone hanno innumerevoli cose da scoprire ed in quei pochi giorni, non siamo riusciti a vedere tutto forse ci vorranno anni per farlo. Ringraziamo Annamaria e Danilo che ci hanno fatto stare bene, due persone meravigliose !

L'agriturismo è situato in un meraviglioso posto incantato. L'unico rumore sono i grilli e le cicale. I campi di frumento, di granoturco, gli alberi da frutto e gli ulivi riempiono questo quadro dalle mille sfumature. A cornice di tutto questo c'è una splendida coppia di persone che auguro a tutti di incontrare perché ti fanno sentire a casa. Accoglienza, gentilezza e disponibilità fanno di queste persone un valore aggiunto dell'agriturismo. I miei più grandi complimenti alla signora Annamaria che con le torte fatte in casa deliziava le nostre colazioni semplici e genuine. Questo è il significato di agriturismo, quello che mangi è prodotto in casa. Ecco perché questo è un vero agriturismo.
Ritorneremo sicuramente a farvi visita, ci siete rimasti nel cuore seppur avessimo passato da voi solo 2 notti. Carlo e Sophia.
