Established in 2010, this property is the result of a careful renovation of an 18th-century farmhouse, reimagined in a contemporary style while maintaining a connection to tradition. Exposed beams and terracotta tiles harmonize with resins, chromotherapy, and home automation systems, creating a refined balance between history and modernity. The vibrant colors of the interiors blend seamlessly with the surrounding landscape of gentle hills and authentic silence, offering stunning views of Perugia. The 26 hectares of land invite guests to enjoy walking, horseback riding, or cycling, all within a preserved environment supported by eco-friendly choices.
The residence can accommodate up to 25 guests, with spaces divided among ground-floor two-room apartments of 45 and 50 square meters, perfect for families or small groups, spacious suites of 30 square meters that can host up to four people, as well as superior and comfort rooms, all featuring private bathrooms and designed with attention to detail to ensure a pleasant and functional stay.
A highlight of the property is the panoramic saltwater pool, which opened in May 2023. Measuring 15 by 5 meters, it offers 360-degree views of the Umbrian landscape, providing moments of relaxation in an elegant travertine solarium surrounded by a garden equipped with loungers and restful areas.
