Our establishment is located in a central and strategic position, 50 meters from Piazza della Repubblica, behind Corso Cavour, 5 minutes from the Army Recruitment Center and the Train Station, 10 km from Spello, Bevagna, Trevi and Montefalco, and 20 km from Assisi.

The Polinori Arch offers 3 double rooms, 3 triple rooms, a single room and a solution with a bunk bed, all with private bathroom, hairdryer, free wifi and LCD TV, furnished with passion and attention in a warm atmosphere that combines modern comfort with refined elegance.

Currently, the property does not have an elevator and the rooms are located on the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd floor.

Everything was perfect and matched the description. Excellent communication with the host for the check-in and check-out procedures. The level of cleanliness and the location in the historic center are excellent (if arriving by car, you must park outside the ZTL). Keep in mind that there are three flights of stairs if you have heavy luggage. The bed is very comfortable, but I would suggest the host also provide a slightly lower pillow for sleeping.

Great that it is in the historic center, convenient self check-in. I stayed in the gothic room, small (replace the curtains with lighter ones so they can be easily moved and thus have the possibility to open the window), but clean as well as the bathroom, the room is not air-conditioned, there is a fan. It's a pity that there are quite a few steps to climb to the second floor. I feel like recommending the structure.

The structure is located in the center of Foligno on the side facing the train station. In just over 5 minutes (maximum 10) you can reach the station where it is possible to reach locations like Spello (5 minutes by train), Assisi (18 minutes), Spoleto (18 minutes), etc... I stayed in the 'shabby chic' room, a spacious room with a nice bathroom with a window that I found pleasant. The terrace is very cute and functional. Clean bathroom and room. Despite being minimal, the luggage storage corner proved to be functional and strategic.

Great location: the property is located in the historic center, so it's a restricted traffic zone (ZTL), with many bars and shops nearby. Mrs. Carla was very helpful providing us with a series of indications about paid parking lots (with rates indicated) and free ones all about 10/12 minutes walk from the property. The self check-in is very simple and convenient (following the indications provided by Mrs. Carla) since you are not tied to a specific time. The area is very quiet both in the evening and in the morning. The room and bathroom were very clean and equipped with everything needed for a stay. We were really satisfied, thank you and congratulations!

Good value for money. Located in the city center but accessible by car thanks to the ZTL permit issued directly by the property upon arrival. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. I didn't like the lack of air conditioning, non-soundproofed rooms, and the view from the window (we basically had a wall in front of us).

Booked for 3 nights. We found a family atmosphere. The owners of the property are very kind, they gave us information on places to visit and where to eat. The rooms are clean, hospitable and tastefully furnished. Well soundproofed and with all the necessary comforts to spend a quiet stay. In the bathrooms I found small, medium and large towels, with shower gel in the shower. Hairdryer and towel warmer are very useful. There is a common area with tables and chairs. They have now added convenient vending machines with drinks and snacks. Very convenient. Recommended structure, in the city center and a few hundred meters from the station. If I come back to this area, I don't think twice and book here again. Excellent value for money. Thank you for the hospitality.

I stayed for three nights at the Arco Polinori with my daughter. Very close to the station, within walking distance. It is located in a side street of Corso Cavour, where there are very interesting shops, various bars, restaurants, and pizzerias with low-cost menus. Clean room, attention to detail. Mrs. Carla is very helpful, precise, and attentive to the needs of the customers. Her mother is very polite and kind, I had a pleasant conversation with her. I highly recommend the Arco Polinori.

Very comfortable despite the winter and rainy weather conditions. It would be advisable to specify for which rooms there are 3 flights of stairs to climb with the suitcases.

Stunning! Room for three people even though we were two, veranda to go out for some fresh air, bathroom in the room and hairdryer in the bathroom, TV, heating available and free WiFi, excellent service and fantastic cleanliness, stairs not exactly top-notch but all in all we had a good time, and all for 50€. Thank you!

I stayed at the Arco Polinori guesthouse a few days ago and from the first contacts I appreciated the kindness of the owner. The structure is located in the center and it was very easy to reach. The cleanliness of the rooms and the structure is impeccable. Everything is taken care of in the smallest details to make the guest feel comfortable: the clean scent that can be felt in the stairway, the choice of furnishings, the comfort of the mattress, the coffee pod, and a bottle of water offered. By booking a few months in advance, I was able to take advantage of a small discount, but the quality-price ratio is very high. If I were to stay in Foligno again, I would definitely choose this structure.
