Everything in sufficiency, compared to other B&Bs at the same price (59 euros including cleaning and tourist tax) definitely less well-kept. Breakfast not varied (no bread, toast, fruit, or fruit juices). Good cleaning.

Depressing house in a setting of Terni not very suitable to say I'm on vacation. Dusty house, outdated bathroom with toilet seat detached shower curtain inside the ruined bathtub. Two dirty white stools in the room. Breakfast with leftover cookies in open bags who knows for how long... Used kitchen towels hanging in the kitchen. Honestly, we couldn't wait for morning to come to escape.

Perfect, I really thought I was at Aunt Carla's house. Clean, comfortable, great for all occasions, very good coffee, just that I couldn't come anymore because of Asia and I'm so sorry! Excellent place, deserves 10 stars recommended. The windows overlook in such a way as to see the entrance, perfect for meddling in other people's affairs. Excellent 10+.

I stayed one night with my family of two adults and two children on 28/5.\n\nNothing to say about the kindness and availability of Mrs. Carla, but regarding the structure, we found a poorly maintained and old-fashioned environment.\n\nHighly painful note, there was not even a bottle of natural water available to guests.

I would say that with a little touch up and maintenance the property is excellent. We had a great time, quiet and peaceful area. The manager (woman) is kind. Excellent breakfast, pleasant welcome.

I spent a quiet weekend with my family. Mrs. Carla is very kind and helpful. The structure is tidy and very clean, this is guaranteed by someone who is allergic. I slept without any problems. The bedding is new and clean, and the breakfast was abundant every morning with delicious hot croissants. We suggest to everyone who wants to visit the beauties of Umbria near Terni to contact Mrs. Carla, whom we greet and thank.
