Everything in sufficiency, compared to other B&Bs at the same price (59 euros including cleaning and tourist tax) definitely less well-kept. Breakfast not varied (no bread, toast, fruit, or fruit juices). Good cleaning.

Depressing house in a setting of Terni not very suitable to say I'm on vacation. Dusty house, outdated bathroom with toilet seat detached shower curtain inside the ruined bathtub. Two dirty white stools in the room. Breakfast with leftover cookies in open bags who knows for how long... Used kitchen towels hanging in the kitchen. Honestly, we couldn't wait for morning to come to escape.

Perfetto pensavo veramente di essere a casa di zia Carla. pulito, confortevole, ottimo per tutte le occasioni, il caffè molto buono, solo che non potrei più venire per colpa di Asia e mi dispiace tanto ! Ottimo posto merita 10 stelle consigliato. Le finestre si affacciano in modo tale da vedere l'ingresso, perfetto per impicciarsi degli affari degli altri. Ottimo 10+.

Sono stata una notte con la mia famiglia composta da due adulti e due bambini in data 28/5.
Nulla da dire sulla cortesia e disponibilità della Signora Carla, ma in quanto alla struttura abbiamo trovato un ambiente poco curato e vecchiotto..
Nota altamente dolente, non c era a disposizione degli ospiti nemmeno una bottiglia d acqua naturale...

Direi che con piccolo ritocco e manutenzione la struttura è ottima, noi siamo stati benissimo, zona tranquilla e silenziosa. Gestore (donna) gentile. Colazione ottima, accoglienza gradevole.

Ho trascorso un tranquillo fine settimana assieme alla mia famiglia. La signora Carla è gentilissima e molto disponibile. La struttura è ordinata e molto pulita ve lo garantisce una persona allergica, ho dormito senza problemi. La biancheria nuova e pulita e poi la colazione è stata tutte le mattine molto abbondante e con dei cornetti caldi deliziosi. Suggeriamo a tutti coloro vogliano visitare le bellezze dell'Umbria vicino Terni di rivolgersi alla signora Carla che salutiamo e ringraziamo. Francesca.

Ho soggiornato una sola notte "a casa di Carla" io e mio marito siamo stati benissimo; la signora Carla è molto gentile e simpaticissima. la camera come tutta la struttura è davvero pulitissima. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in questa struttura.
