Description

The Villa Vera apartment is particularly suitable for those who do not want to give up having all the conveniences that the proximity of the sea and the town's nightlife offer. The proposed apartment is located in the historic center of San Vincenzo, just a few steps from the various shops present along the pedestrian street. The sea and the various equipped beaches in the center can be reached in a maximum of a couple of minutes on foot. Ideal for those who want to forget about using the car, leaving it parked in the large private garden that the apartment offers.

The apartment can accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people and is composed of:
- A kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking (washing machine is available).

- A large living room with a sofa bed + LCD TV corner.

- A large double bedroom.

- A large bedroom with 2 single beds.

- 2 complete bathrooms with shower cubicles.

- An equipped terrace with a garden table, chairs, and umbrella, ideal for meals.

- A large fenced garden for parking the car.

Conditions:
The rental is weekly, from Saturday to Saturday, and the cost varies depending on the season and the number of occupants (maximum of five occupants). Check-in and check-out are expected, unless otherwise agreed, on Saturdays between 2: 00 pm and 3: 00 pm, while check-out is before 10: 00 am. Short stays are possible in the medium-low season.

Deposit:
A €100 deposit is required and will be refunded at the end of the stay, subject to verification of the apartment's condition.

Tourist tax:
A €1 per day per person tourist tax is charged, excluding children under 12 years old.

Pets:
Quiet small pets are accepted, subject to prior communication and a €5 per day fee.

Well-positioned property in the center of San Vincenzo. Very convenient both to reach the sea, which is a 5-minute walk away, and for a stroll in the center, just around the corner. Very clean environment and kind and helpful owner. There is a private courtyard, very convenient for parking the car. It's worth visiting other beaches in the area a bit further away.

House with ample space, furnished in a functional way for a vacation and adequately equipped. \nJust a step away from the center and services, it also offers the possibility to park inside the courtyard. \nThe owner was very helpful in meeting our needs. \nThe location where it is located, between the station and the promenade, compromises the tranquility. Excellent solution for those who like to have everything within reach!
