Beautiful structure in a very convenient location. The parking space inside the structure was greatly appreciated. The cleanliness of the premises was good. The breakfast was excellent and abundant, and the girl who prepared the breakfast was very kind.

Excellent structure for spending a few nights in Pisa and its surroundings. The residence has charm and outdoor space to use for taking a break outside. It is easily reachable on foot from the historic center. In the morning, the breakfast is more than abundant with an excellent quality-price ratio. If I may give a suggestion to the manager, I would renew the linen in general, which is a bit outdated and cheap, and then also increase the price of the rooms, which are worth every penny.

Establishment outside the city but bus stop in front of Villa Regina. Parking available, so very convenient. Otherwise, nothing special. Friendly welcome, average room and breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay. The accommodation was very spacious; the room was clean and well-equipped; and the hosts were helpful and friendly. The Villa Regina is about a 25-minute walk from the center, but this means it is quiet at night. It is also set in a lovely garden. If I were to visit Pisa again, I would definitely look out this hotel.

Enjoyed my stay, the host was very welcoming and could be reached at all hours for any questions. The appearance of the room had some issues. I stayed in room 205, which is located near the kitchen and having a window in the bathroom I could hear and nearly see things out on the terrace. Also, while the hotel appearance was clean, once I moved the fridge I found a build-up of mess, which made me assume they clean on a surface level but not behind objects. However, the hotel, staff, location, breakfast, and price were lovely and appreciated.
