We spent four nights at this property, simple but welcoming. Mrs. Claudia is very hospitable, caring and kind. Special mention goes to the cleanliness and order of the property: towels were changed daily and, after the second night, the sheets were also changed. Excellent choice to offer a homemade cake for breakfast, which, by the way, is really good. We recommend staying here. Manuel and Bianca.

The structure is essential, but with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. I appreciated finding soap, shampoo, and shower gel dispensers, as well as herbal teas in the room. The room and common areas are spotless! The lady who welcomed us was always kind and helpful. The breakfast, although complete, only includes packaged products. I would return if I were to visit the area again!

The B&B is in a portion of a duplex with a garden and parking space. It is located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes on foot from the supermarket, bar, bank, and other services and shops. Also, a 10-minute walk will take you to the bus stop number 70 that goes to the Carrara-Avenza station and the historic center of Carrara. The lady managing the property is exquisitely kind, the accommodation is spotless and equipped with every comfort, and a small but very nice breakfast room. If I had the chance, I would definitely go back.

Rooms are super clean and cared for in every detail. In the room we had a kettle with various herbal teas and tea available. Claudia, the owner, is a super kind and professional person. The breakfast offers both sweet and savory, yogurt, juices, coffee, cappuccino, tea and much more. The property is a 20-minute walk from the beach baths. Great place, highly recommended.

Friendly owners, in a quiet neighborhood. I would have liked a bit more choice for breakfast. Cleanliness: nothing to complain about, spotless. Bedding renewal: nothing to complain about, spotless. Air conditioning in the room, it gets quite hot in the common area. A bit far from the swimming beach. Very pleasant city with shopping centers, etc. Many places to eat at reasonable prices, even near the port. I still recommend.

We were welcomed by kind and helpful people. The cleanliness was impeccable, with room arrangement every morning. The excellent breakfast and the useful air conditioning, without which, considering the temperatures and humidity, proved effective and helpful. With a good walk, about 800 meters, you can reach the center of Carrara and the bathing establishments and free beaches. Thanks again to Mr. Claudia and family. Recommended.

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, comfortable bed, garden, convenient parking in the avenue, 5 minutes away (by car/motorcycle) from the center. To improve (suggestions) breakfast and furnishings.

Kind and polite welcome. I don't like the division of tasks much, the husband manages the website, the wife the phone contacts, the grandmother the reception. There is some confusion because one seems not to know what the other is doing. At night in the garden too much music and confusion until 4 am (as far as I'm concerned, no problem, when I'm sleepy I sleep) in the fridge there is water in a jug and not in a bottle. The breakfast is not very varied but plentiful. The privacy was respected. The apartment is top-notch. Air conditioning, private bathroom, if one wants also herbal tea and TV, very clean, there is also wifi but I didn't ask for the password (maybe they should advertise it more). I recommend it for short stays.
