It is easily accessible from the Bettolle exit of the A1 motorway. Ideal for visiting the major historical, artistic and cultural centers of the area such as Cortona, Montepulciano, Pienza, Val d'Orcia, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia. The Villa is also part of the Municipality of Lucignano, one of the most beautiful villages in Italy. The property is suitable for both couples in love who want to spend a dream weekend, and groups of friends and/or families who can't wait to live unforgettable moments together. The property offers different types of accommodation, adaptable to your needs.

The entire Villa can accommodate up to 25 people, alternatively you can choose one of the three apartments or one of the three double rooms, with private en-suite bathroom.

Villa Poggetto is spread over three levels.

On the ground floor there are two apartments.

Left apartment (up to six people), independent entrance, small hallway, fully equipped kitchen with dining room where there is a double sofa bed with a 18 cm mattress. In the hallway there is the first complete bathroom with bathtub and two double bedrooms, both with private bathroom, equipped with TV, hairdryer, safe.

Right apartment (up to seven people), independent entrance, small hallway, fully equipped kitchen with dining room and double sofa bed with 18 cm mattress. In the hallway there is the first complete bathroom with bathtub. There are two bedrooms, one triple with bathroom and one double with bathroom, both equipped with TV, hairdryer, safe.

These two apartments do not have air conditioning because they are very cool even in summer.

On the upper floor on the left there are three double rooms, all with private bathroom, hairdryer, safe and air conditioning.

Also on the upper floor, there is the Suite, which can accommodate up to six people.

This apartment has two entrances, one shared with the double rooms and one from the independent garden.

On this floor there is the master bathroom, with hydromassage shower, a large open space with living room, dining room and kitchen equipped for 24 guests, a reading room with fireplace and double sofa bed with 18 cm mattress. On this floor there are also two terraces, one with a view of the annex and the other very large and equipped, overlooking the pool and garden. On the upper floor, there is the first double room, a complete bathroom with shower, a relaxation room with hydromassage and the second double room.

The suite is equipped with air conditioners.

The property dates back to 1800 and has been completely renovated. It has an area of about 500 square meters.

Each bedroom in the entire property is equipped with a TV.
