Surrounded by a large park and enhanced by a swimming pool, the villa offers a private and enchanting setting, perfect for couples seeking a romantic getaway, as well as for families and groups of friends wishing to share special moments. The property provides various accommodation options that can be tailored to the guests' needs, with the possibility of renting the entire villa, which can host up to 25 people, or choosing from apartments and double rooms with private bathrooms.

The building, dating back to the 19th century and fully renovated, spans three levels with a total area of around 500 square meters, featuring spacious and well-appointed rooms that blend traditional architectural charm with contemporary comfort. On the ground floor, there are two apartments with independent entrances. The first can accommodate up to six people and includes a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area with a sofa bed featuring an 18 cm thick mattress, a bathroom with a bathtub along the corridor, and two double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom; each room is equipped with a TV, hairdryer, and safe. The second apartment, suitable for up to seven guests, also offers a complete kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed that has an 18 cm thick mattress, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms, one triple and one double, both with en-suite bathrooms and similar amenities. These accommodations maintain a naturally cool temperature even during the summer months, thanks to the building's layout.

On the upper floor, there are three double bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, hairdryer, safe, and air conditioning, ideal for those seeking a more intimate setting without sacrificing amenities. This level also features a suite that can accommodate up to six people, accessible both from inside and directly from the garden. Here, you'll find a spacious open-plan area with a living room, dining space, and a well-equipped kitchen to comfortably host large groups, as well as a reading room with a fireplace and a sofa bed featuring an 18 cm thick mattress. The floor also includes a master bathroom with a hydro-massage shower and two terraces, one overlooking the outbuilding and the other, larger and equipped, with views of the pool and garden. On the upper level of the suite, there is a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a relaxation area with a hydro-massage feature, and a second double bedroom; this apartment is also air-conditioned.
