Description
Villa Pardi is immersed in the green of the Tuscan countryside at the foot of the hills separating Lucca from the coast and the Apuan Alps, in front of the delightful village of Nozzano Castello.
The long drive way leads to the large park that surrounds the entire property.
The eighteenth-century dwelling, consisting of the main Villa, the Dependance and the Church, were completely renovated with infinite care, patience and love by the current owners, Giovanna, Enzo and their daughter Cinzia.
The well maintained environment of the Villa, with its lovely swimming pool surrounded by the peace and quiet of the countryside, will help to ensure a memorable stay and vacation.
The Villa
During the renovation, the Villa has retained the original features of the time with the large frescoed rooms, the Tuscan-style furnishings and beautiful chandeliers.
On the first floor are the Superior bedrooms, some with views on the Castle of Nozzano, spacious and bright, all equipped with private bathrooms with shower, LCD TV and free Wi-Fi.
On the ground floor the guests can find a cozy breakfast room.
The Dependance
Adjacent to the Villa is located the Dependance, the old "farmer's house" recently restored in Tuscan style, ceilings with wooden beams and antique mezzanine.
In this structure you may choose to stay in charming Standard rooms with private bathrooms, LCD TV, free Wi-Fi and heating, some of them with balcony or fully equipped kitchenette.
The Church
Inside the park there is also a small church, dating back to 1771 and recently renovated.
The church still has the original frescoes and altar of the time.
On request it will soon be available for small ceremonies and private events.

Very beautiful building, exudes the charm of yesteryyear, both inside and out. Very nice driveway! You can even feel and smell the past. Good location, you are quickly in Lucca, and Pisa is not far away either. Beautifully maintained swimming pool. At night it is quiet and the windows have mosquito nets. The breakfast is tasty and varied.

A beautiful pool and house. I would recommend only staying here if you have a car - the bus was very irregular and the taxis varied from 25 euros to 36 euros for the short trip into Lucca. The breakfast was lovely and plentiful. We had the best pizza ever at a resturant just around the corner by the village on the hill. The building is old - the drains in our bathroom were particularly smelly. The swimming pool is a great asset.
