Loveliest one-day stay. The host let us check in a few hours early and was very nice and hospitable. The host was a 10/10 and the stay was a 10/10. I would highly recommend.

I stayed during the Lucca Summer Festival. The price was excellent compared to other accommodations. It is outside the center, but there are free bicycles for guests, so you can reach the city walls in a few minutes. Breakfast worthy of a five-star hotel, with a wide selection of savory and sweet options, fruit, yogurt, juices, etc.

Excellent property at the right distance from the center and from the concert venue we were headed to. Victoria's hospitality was greatly appreciated, the room was very large as was the bathroom, and the breakfast was really good. I also appreciated the private parking.

The room we stayed in is simply magnificent, small but equipped with everything, including a hairdryer, disposable slippers and candies. The owner is very friendly and every morning she prepares a breakfast that is not abundant, but excellent. Value for money absolutely excellent. The only inconvenience (calling it a flaw would be excessive) is the location: a 10-minute walk from Lucca's walls, but on a fairly busy road on weekdays and the sidewalk is missing in stretches along the route. However, the property has a large free parking lot.

Accommodation close to the city walls. Clean room equipped with everything needed. Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Host very nice and willing to accommodate our late arrival. On-site parking. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Everything was truly excellent and Mrs. Victoria was extremely accommodating. The only small inconvenience is the first 400 m of the road to reach the center, as there is no safe pedestrian crossing and you have to walk alongside a high-traffic road. The property is highly recommended.

Superior accommodation! We would give higher scores if we could. It was absolutely spotless: a nice-sized room and a generous-sized bath, desk and chairs in the room, a kitchen accessible all day, and huge breakfasts. Vittoria and the host family were so, so, so very kind and helpful. We are not prone to superlatives, but we just can't say enough good things about this place! We loved it! We will tell everyone about it, and we hope to go back again one day!

We spent a night here after booking the night before. The price is fair in relation to the services offered. The owner was very kind and helpful, she even gave us two bicycles to reach the center in the best way (10 minutes). Clean and comfortable room. Unfortunately, a bit of light comes in because the doors cannot be fully closed, but in compensation, for any noise, there is the possibility to request earplugs. I can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have it. We saved it among our favorite stops on our travels. Highly recommended!

Victoria offers an absolutely wonderful experience and accommodation in Lucca! She goes above and beyond for her guests. If you want to experience Lucca "from the inside" and also stay in a beautifully kept B&B.... This is a fantastic choice for a place to stay.

Feeling at home, even on vacation. Victoria is an outstanding host. Available, sociable, and ready to respond to guests' needs. Top breakfast. The economic contribution is really minimal for the offer. We stayed in the lavender room: excellent cleanliness. The location of the B&B is 5 minutes on foot from the Square of Miracles and 8 from the Lungo Arno. Absolutely to choose.

We stayed only one night but we would gladly return. The property is outside the center with parking. The lady who welcomed us was very kind. Excellent cleanliness in the room and bathroom. Great value for money compared to other available properties.

The property is in a convenient location, close to the city walls and the train station, with internal parking. The room was very clean, with everything needed available. The breakfast was a bit more than your typical Italian breakfast and was very good. Victoria made us feel like at home. We also had bikes provided by the property and this made exploring Lucca in the evening more fun. Definitely stay here if you plan to visit Lucca.
