Villa Irma welcomes its guests in the serene surroundings of the Tuscan countryside, just five minutes away from the center of Arezzo. It is the ideal place for those looking to rejuvenate away from urban noise while still enjoying the convenience of local amenities and the opportunity to explore the stunning regions of Tuscany and Umbria. From here, it is easy to reach artistic cities such as Siena, Cortona, Montepulciano, and Florence, or to discover Perugia, Assisi, and Lake Trasimeno, which are perfect for day trips.

Arezzo, one of the most charming art cities in the region, is home to masterpieces by Piero della Francesca, Cimabue's crucifix, Casa Vasari, and the impressive Medici Fortress. Its historic center, famous for the Antiquarian Fair and the Saracen Joust, offers authentic atmospheres with artisan shops, traditional restaurants, and cobblestone streets leading to the beautiful Piazza Grande.

The villa consists of two independent apartments, carefully renovated to provide modern comforts and cozy environments. Both are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi. The I Cipressi apartment, located on the ground floor and barrier-free, accommodates up to four guests and features a kitchen-living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower. The Fienile apartment, spread over two levels, can host four guests with the option for an extra bed; it includes a kitchen-living area, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a relaxation room.

Outside, there is a panoramic swimming pool overlooking Arezzo, set within a fenced garden with olive trees, a sunbathing area, an outdoor shower, sun loungers, and umbrellas. This is the perfect spot for enjoying sunny days in complete privacy. The garden also includes a barbecue and tables for delightful summer dinners, while the Fienile apartment has a separate fenced area for guests with pets. Parking is available on the property, in a covered garage or under a pergola.

Upon request, private dinners and Qi Gong lessons for small groups can be organized. Bed linen and bath towels, are included in the stay, with weekly changes. Additional services include final cleaning, pet fees, utility charges for electricity and heating, and a tourist tax.
