Description
We have two double bedrooms of 15 square meters, each with bath, separate entrance and parking. Fridge and electric tea/coffee maker at your disposal for do it yourself breakfast. No kitchen. In winter time (November onwards) central heating is provided. Pets are not allowed. Children: considering the sloping garden, our house is not recommended for children under 10 years of age. You need a car or motorbike to reach the house (private parking with electric gate). Free WiFi internet connection.

Location in an excellent position to reach both Porto Azzurro and Capoliveri as well as all the other locations. Superb panorama and very quiet and relaxing place surrounded by greenery. A huge thank you to Danila for her availability and kindness.

Villa Gemma is located in an absolutely spectacular position. From the garden, you can enjoy an enchanting panorama, and it is a pleasure to have breakfast in the morning with this view. The room is large as well as the bathroom, tastefully furnished and absolutely quiet since the other room is positioned somewhat "staggered", so to speak. The guest is provided with a kettle, electric moka pot, cups, glasses, wine glasses, plates and cutlery, sugar, coffee. The real added value is Mrs. Danila. She welcomed us like dear friends, is kind, friendly, present but never intrusive, and made our stay truly unforgettable. If you are looking for a small oasis of tranquility, this is the right place for you.

Struttura molto carina con visuale incantevole veramente.
Stanza dotata di tutto il necessario (frigo, phon, ombrellone da spiaggia) in più spazio esterno dove poter fare colazione sul tavolino e anche doccia esterna.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana favolosa. La signora Danila disponibile, gentile e riservata. La villa si trova in una posizione stupenda bello e curato il giardino, parcheggio interno privato. Ci sta sul golfo. Che dire tutto perfetto.

Abbiamo soggiornato in due persone presso Villa Gemma la settimana dal 25 al 29 luglio. Come già anticipato dalla proprietaria della villa la colazione non era compresa, ma all'interno della camera vi era tutto l'occorrente (caffettiera elettrica, bollitore, frigorifero e stoviglie) per potersi preparare qualcosa di semplice e da gustare nel giardino esterno con una favolosa vista panoramica su Porto Azzurro. L'affittacamere si trova infatti a pochissimi km dal centro storico, raggiungibile in auto o in scooter in pochi minuti.
La stanza era arredata in modo semplice, ma essenziale e curato allo stesso tempo. Danila, la proprietaria, si è mostrata sempre molto cortese e a completa disposizione per suggerimenti e consigli su spiagge e trattorie/ristoranti locali. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo considerando la posizione della struttura e il periodo in cui abbiamo deciso di soggiornare all'Isola d'Elba.
