Independent villa in an ancient and elegant structure. Peace and beauty welcome visitors in a refined environment, suitable for relaxation and reading. Equipped with a study area, double bedroom (+ cot if necessary), 2 single beds in the separate area, bathroom, kitchen in a large living room. The villa is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, oven, washing machine, air conditioning. The Hut contains a large library and study area which lends itself to relaxing reading or working in peace. The garden is equipped, autonomous and fenced. A free covered garage is available to guests near the house. A few kilometers away is the city of Siena, reachable in 15 minutes by car. Also easily reachable are San Gimignano, San Galgano, Monteriggioni, Chianti, the Val di Merse nature reserve and the suggestive Crete Senesi.

The house is located at the foot of Orgia, an ancient and welcoming village. From the house and the village of Orgia there are very suggestive paths that enter the woods of Montagnola Senese. For those who want to experience good Tuscan cuisine, in Orgia you can find a renowned restaurant serving local cuisine. You can travel by car in the area where the house is located. The Orgia area is very favorable for walking in the Val di Merse nature reserve, for trekking, for the use of mountain biking on routes frequented by amateurs of these disciplines. The village of Orgia is bordered by the splendid Olympic road which can be traveled on foot, by running or by bike.
In a quarter of an hour's walk you can reach areas with small beaches on the sides of the Merse river to stay cool.
