The house is the last one in a small alley in the city center. Quiet at night and easy to reach during the day.

Completely renovated following ecological and energy-saving criteria, but above all, in authentic Tuscan style.

Staying in the heart of a medieval city is certainly fascinating but sometimes it can cause some inconvenience regarding traffic and parking. During the International White Truffle Festival or other events such as La Luna è Azzurra or the Popular Drama, there may be difficulties in finding a parking space in the closest parking lots to the center.

It will be our concern to notify you if this should happen during your stay.

My name is Massimo and with Sabrina and our two children, we are a busy family, like many others, but we have fulfilled a desire. It's something we have been telling ourselves for a long time, maybe since we got married in San Miniato, or since we worked there at the Municipal Theater, or since we lived there as young lovers.
