The Argentario Bed and Breakfast is located in Porto Santo Stefano, near the Spanish Fortress, which is far about 400 meters. The bus stop is far from the B&B about 100 meters. The town center and the ferries to the island of Giglio and Giannutri are far about 7 minutes by feet. The famous beach " la cantoniera" is about 15 minutes walk.

Structure not to be considered as it does not provide the indicated services: the air conditioning is off, room cleaning service is absent, daily change of towels and sheets is not provided, and the ones provided are not from a hotel but old and recycled. The rooms are furnished with recycled and old furniture, and there are furniture pieces in every corner. In the rooms, the hairdryers are old and recycled, the electrical systems are not up to standard, there are exposed wires, and fire extinguishers are missing. Finally, the breakfast is of an industrial type, all packaged and always the same for 3 days.

Cleanliness 4 because when we arrived (we notified 1:30 before our arrival) the room was not ready and we had to wait 3 hours, ruining our day's plan. Structure 4 because it is very unkempt and full of bees that do not allow you to eat outside, and we even found one in the room. Location 5 because it is tiring to get there by walking and the road is difficult to drive on (steep climbs and narrow curves). Breakfast 4 because it is poor quality and with packaged food. Honest value for money. Manager 6 for the lack of professionalism and the lack of cleanliness of the b&b room upon arrival. Not recommended.

To be absolutely avoided, the room that is in the photos and for which I had booked was occupied. I was made to stay in a cellar converted into a room, with a blind bathroom. Smell of closed, mold, claustrophobic, a disgrace.

Io devo giudicare il tutto dalle foto e dalle chiacchierate con la signora Lucia perchè all'ultimo momento hanno sospeso le nostre ferie e ho dovuto disdire... con la meravigliosa signora Lucia ho un conto in sospeso, tornerò di corsa appena posso perchè mi ha davvero messo a mio agio e ho visto una struttura bellissima e con un rapporto qualità/prezzo eccezionale. Non vedo l' ora di potervi soggiornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui per un fine settimana: i proprietari ci hanno accolto molto calorosamente e sono stati disponibili e gentili per venire incontro alla nostre richieste.
Ci hanno avvertito fin dal momento del prenotazione che la nostra camera sarebbe stata un po' più piccola delle altre, ma sinceramente non le mancava niente, anzi c’era anche un piccolo frigo e il condizionatore.
Il B&B ha una bellissima terrazza con i tavolini immersi nel verde, fare colazione lì è stato veramente piacevole.
Inoltre il centro del paese è raggiungibile a piedi con una breve passeggiatina. Consigliatissimo!

Struttura costituita da ex sala adibita a camera con arredamento disordinato, bagno esterno con cucina su terrazzo coperto così come la tavola da pranzo. Così così, carino il locale colazione. Proprietari gentili. Non lontano Mare che però non si vede.

La signora Lucia è suo marito carinissimi sempre pronti a soddisfare le nostre richieste.
Colazione con dolci fatti dal marito molto buoni.

Tornerei volentieri in questa struttura. Prima di tutto la stanza era pulitissima, in più i gestori erano molto disponibili. La colazione (con prodotti fatti a mano) si fa sulla terrazza che è all’ombra la mattina, molto piacevole.

Nel complesso una buona struttura con un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e un ottima posizione. Unica nota negativa è stata la non "chiarezza" della proprietaria nell'espormi le caratteristiche della stanza (non presenti le foto sul sito) poiché ha tralasciato il fatto che ci fosse un bagno minuscolo, senza bidet, senza uno scaffale per poggiare qualsiasi cosa, la presenza di una porta (chiusa) comunicante con un altra stanza da cui si sentiva tutto e la non qualità dell'insonorizzazione delle camere (si sentiva tutto con problemi sopratutto la mattina presto). Colazione modesta.

La casa ha una ottima posizione, vicina al porto e con bella vista. Il problema è dove parcheggiare l'auto in quanto si trova su una strada stretta e di scorrimento, quindi è difficile anche solo scaricare le valigie. Per il resto tutto bene.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione è vicina al centro di Porto Santo Stefano ma il dislivello per arrivarvi è notevole. Francesco è pronto a rispondere a ogni vostra esigenza e sempre disponibile e gentile. Molto più che consigliato.

La struttura non è un vero B&B, è una casa molto grande dove la proprietaria ha messo a disposizione le camere con i mobili della nonna ancora dentro. Aria condizionata a pagamento era ok, non c'erano saponi e asciugamani, non c'era scritto da nessuna parte che dovevamo portare tutto da casa. La proprietaria dice che si era scordata, abbiamo avuto degli asciugamani a richiesta ovviamente ma niente saponi, alla fine tutto era andato bene ma è un "affitta camere" senza grande pretese e il prezzo è basso per le ragioni elencati. Molto gentile il signore, la colazione buona. Possono migliorare se vogliono.

Il B&B è dotato di tutti i comfort. Il personale che vi lavora è gentilissimo. Avevo dimenticato il router portatile e hanno fatto il possibile per rientrare subito a casa e restituirmi quanto dimenticato.

La colazione era molto abbondante, forse era utile variarla ogni tanto.
La camera non era particolamente graziosa, ma era pulita ed in ordine.
È penalizzato dalla mancanza di parcheggio.

Abbiamo trascorso nella struttura il ponte del 2 giugno..
Molto accoglienti i proprietari, a 10 minuti a piedi si arriva in centro per poter raggiungere le isole o passeggiare sul lungo porto dove ci sono. locali e ristoranti.
Camere accoglienti con tutto disponibile.
Terrazzo affascinante dove viene servita la colazione dove oltre le solite cose servono dolcetti buonissimi fatti da loro assolutamente squisiti.
Lo consiglio vivamente!

Abbiamo soggiornato 3 notti in questa struttura e nel complesso ci siamo trovati benissimo. La camera in realtà era un intero appartamento, con tanto di cucina (non utilizzabile) e bagno privato, perciò lo spazio era decisamente tanto. Proprietari disponibilissimi, il marito della signora sempre estremamente cordiale. La colazione direi abbondante, con una scelta tra succo confezionato, latte, caffè, cappuccino e dolcetti fatti in casa dalla signora oltre a merendine confezionate. Oltretutto viene servita in una terrazza davvero piacevole, curata, con fiori ovunque e il loro simpatico cagnolino che viene a darti dolcemente il buongiorno. La posizione direi centrale: per arrivare al porto sono 5 minuti a piedi, tuttavia per raggiungere le calette più belle bisogna prendere la macchina (ma si tratta di 5-6 km). Unica pecca forse il bagno un po' piccino, ma noi non abbiamo avuto comunque problemi. Torneremo sicuramente!
