The apartment (80m2) is located on the ground floor, in the HISTORIC CENTER, recently renovated, and consists of an L-shaped living room with a comfortable sofa (which, if necessary, can also become a bed) on one side and a kitchenette on the other, TWO double bedrooms (one without windows), TWO bathrooms and a wonderful outdoor courtyard, perfect for relaxing and having a coffee outside if it's not raining. The apartment retains its original exposed wooden beams, the original "pietra serena" columns from the 1300s, and the ancient "terracotta fiorentina" floors, which, despite being worn over the years (not dirty, but worn), it has been decided to preserve in their ancient originality.
The ancient and thick medieval walls guarantee excellent sound insulation and excellent thermal insulation: it is naturally SILENT, and cool in summer, even better than with air conditioning.

It felt like sleeping inside a monument. Ground floor (so convenient not to climb stairs), quiet (not on the street), and in the most beautiful district of the historic center of Florence. The outdoor space, as I am a smoker, makes it unique. Thank you Cristiano for the real-time communications and advice. The only significant flaw is that it is not very bright, but it's a ground floor, as Cristiano said, if you go higher, then you have to climb stairs (in the historic center of Florence it seems that there are no elevators). P.S.: on this website I saved compared to the same property offered on other sites (more famous but more expensive).
