Everything was excellent and the staff were friendly. They allowed us to leave our luggage for a few hours after check-out, before taking the train.

Strategic location next to the station and close to everything. Cleanliness and comfort. It will become my regular spot.

The room's radiator was turned off and I only noticed on the second day, so I was very cold.

Too much noise.

The hotel's location is very convenient, just a few steps from Santa Maria Novella station, so ideal for those traveling by train. A less practical aspect is that check-in and check-out take place in a building on the other side of the street. The property, overall, needs renovation: the rooms are rather dated and not perfectly maintained in terms of cleanliness. Regarding breakfast, it was not included in my booking, so I cannot give a direct judgment. I saw that it would still have been possible to have it that same morning, probably in the same building as the check-in, but I did not use the service.

The room was filled with mold. The floors were not clean. All the furniture on the upper panoramic patio we paid extra for was broken, so we could not use the patio. The door handle would fall off in your hand. This may have been our experience with this one panoramic room; I hope the other rooms are in better condition. At least the bathroom had been refinished, even though it did not yet have any towel hooks installed.

Room for rent near the center, but the room (number 10, with a private terrace) has a low ceiling; the bathroom is new but built inside a two-door wardrobe that did not close properly. There was a bad smell outside the room. There is no fridge and the air conditioner is noisy.

The location is strategic and the staff is friendly. The room is big and very clean, the bathroom is also amazing.

Stay at hotel was perfect with no issues right from checking to check out. People were always smiling and accommodating which is very important when you come in tired. Definitely recommend this property for excellent location walkable to lot of attractions. I am not a breakfast guy didn't explore but should be fine I guess. Will come back if I have to revisit Rome.

Large, clean room, clean bathroom, courteous and helpful staff.

Cleanliness: the apartment is fine, but the building (elevator/door) seems abandoned, the dirt is terrible. In the room, there were ants and some broken sockets (I don't know if they were dangerous).

Budget hotel conveniently located close to train station and major attractions. Was very happy it had an elevator and air conditioning.

The room is very nice and quiet, just a few steps from the central station and the city center, clean and well furnished. I recommend replacing the mattress, which seems to have been of good quality but is now not very comfortable because it sags in some places, due to heavy use. Otherwise, I am satisfied.

The hotel is very well located: 2 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the historical center of the city. The room was very clean, the bed comfortable, the bed linen and towels like new. The staff was friendly and polite.

Good location. Just 2-3 mins from the train station. The room itself is very basic. The shower was extremely rare so I was unable to wash my hair.

Simple and in a great location. Shower was suuuper small. I'm a size 4 and couldn't wash my body without hitting all 4 walls in one way or another. Bed was comfy and there was great communication! Affordable for what we are getting.

The structure is ancient, but comfortable inside. The elevator is old-fashioned, but for girls, it was fun to ride it, it felt like being in a movie. The room is small and cozy, but there was no view. The area is close to the station. There was maximum availability to leave the luggage after check-out. Overall, we had a good time.

The room is very clean, absolutely a main feature to consider. The cleaning and linen change services are excellent, as expected. The room is warm enough even without turning on the radiators. All in all, the quality-price ratio is fair. The only downside, besides the very old and worn elevator, is the street, which, being located near the station, is not quiet in the evening.

The structure is in an exceptional location, but the rooms are noisy, you can hear even if someone is using the bathroom and the furniture is a bit old.

Recommended.

Overall experience was excellent. Cleaning was done every two days, but clean towels were provided every day. The room was very welcoming and the location was excellent.

The interior of the property is shabby and dirty. The lift is very dirty. The room was sold as panoramic with a single window facing an internal courtyard, with no view. The room is not dirty but very shabby and has a bad smell. Beautiful building and excellent location.

Everything offered is what is provided. Comfortable bed. Good bathroom and hot water. I would add that it should provide a safe. And the elevator needs to be remodeled.

The room was not the same as in the picture and the bathroom was a bit small without a bidet but with a hand shower. It should be noted, however, the presence of the exclusive loggia from which there was a spectacular view of Florence. The room was very clean and they changed some towels during the two-night stay. The bed was very comfortable with a double supply of pillows. There was also a kettle with tea. The staff was very kind, they offered free luggage storage both upon arrival and departure. The buffet breakfast is available, at an extra cost, at the Hotel Fiorita right across the street. We had a great time and we will keep it as a reference also because it is very close to the train station.

Great location next to the train station. Large room. Cute view from the balcony. Good air conditioning. Would definitely stay again.

Very close to the station.

A very high cost for the quality of the place, I consider the price is more due to the proximity to some points of attraction than to a good stay.

We stayed for one night and we really enjoyed it, the panoramic terrace overlooking the Brunelleschi Dome is spectacular.

For my experience in this establishment, I would say that the courtesy and preparation of the managers was good, excellent location, then let's say that by paying more attention to details it would have all the potential to be a good establishment.

Everything satisfactory especially the location and the courtesy, a bit of maintenance in the rooms is necessary though (bricks that were lifting up at risk of tripping) small shower stalls.

Posizione ottima per chi vuole visitare Firenze, ma da escludere per i servizi: camera da incubo, letto scomodissimo, bagno al limite della decenza e senza bidè. Assenza totale nella struttura di approvvigionamento di acqua, riscaldamento non funzionante (presente un climatizzatore rumoroso, televisore microscopico. Accesso alla camera da acrobata, con rampa di scale per veri atleti. C'è anche un terrazzino (splendido) panoramico a 360 gradi su Firenze, ma assolutamente inutile ai fini dell'utilizzo della stanza. Consiglio: ristrutturate assolutamente tutto il b&b, perché merita davvero.

Staying one night at the cost of 159 euros is a theft. The room is very modest and the bathroom is dirty and old. Moreover, breakfast is not included.

All very good, only one thing: during the booking phase it was not clear that it was an attic room, the overnight rest was affected by the very hot environment. For the rest, everything is ok.

A minute walk from the station, the entrance with code is excellent. The room and the bathroom are clean and spacious. Air conditioning is available.

This Bed and Breakfast is located on the fourth floor of an elegant building a stone's throw from Santa Maria Novella train station and the Unità tram stop T2. Excellent location for those who want to be close to the center without spending huge amounts, as it can easily be reached on foot in 10 minutes. My room was comfortable, the bed very comfortable. The bathroom is outside the room but private, very good cleanliness although the air filter could use a dusting. Breakfast is not provided but in the room I found a kettle and some tea bags, I would have liked to have some packaged snacks or treats as well. I would gladly return, I recommend it.

I stayed for two nights and I don't think I will return. \nFirst of all, the check-in is done in another structure in a polite but sterile manner. If you need anything during your stay, you have to ask for help at this other structure. \nBeing a B&B, I expected breakfast but there is nothing at all, in the room there is a kettle but there are no cups or glasses or coffee or tea bags. The TV is tiny and flickers, the electrical wires are exposed. You put the key in the lock and the handle comes off. In the clean and tiny bathroom there is no bidet but there is a spray attached to the toilet... the shower door is only suitable for slim people, someone a bit overweight wouldn't fit through. \n\nI went to pick up a colleague from a nearby B&B where the owners invited me to have breakfast (for free) and showed me the rooms and services, priced €7 less than Soggiorno Isabella de' Medici so one plus one... next time I'll go there.

Smelly bathroom, room decor and furnishing is quite old. The building itself is also quite old with a very archaic and very slow elevator system. Check-in instruction is not clear, and the management doesn't even bother to update the location of the room/hotel in the lift lobby. It is still showing the wrong floor, as a result we went to the wrong floor and wasted a lot of time trying to find the place. The only good thing is the location is near the train station.

Excellent location just steps from the station and the center, the building is served by an elevator to reach the floor of the stay. The room was spacious with a small balcony overlooking the internal courtyard that gave tranquillity to the room. Spacious bathroom with a large shower, the staff was very kind and available for all our needs. The value for money is excellent. We have already rebooked!

This property is actually an unmanned single corridor in a block near the station, with an old-style lift that you can only use if the previous user remembers to close the doors. Check-in is via a different hotel in a similar block over the road, where one of the nice gentlemen then carry your bags back over the road. We were put in room 10, which is not in the corridor with all the other rooms, but on its own through a side door off the corridor and up a narrow stone staircase. I can't believe this room is even legal to rent out in terms of health and safety, as there is no other way out (the window looks out onto an interior lightwell) and the doors don't appear to be fire doors. The room was far smaller and dingier than the example shown in the photograph on the website, the main light switch didn't work and only one of the three sockets in the room worked. For one of the single beds, the sidelight switch and socket were hidden behind the headboard, which wasn't actually attached to the bed. Cleanliness was a bit patchy but the mattresses were comfortable - though the beds were both narrow single beds. For one night this room cost us 150 euros (not the 120 euros listed as the standard price on the website at the time we booked). The location is excellent and you can lug your bags back over the road to store them. But if you do want to stay here, I strongly advise you insist on not being put in room 10.

Comfortable, very clean and with a decent view, close to all the city's amenities within walking distance, the only downside as in all cities is parking, very welcoming otherwise.

The photos are misleading. The room they gave us was sadly bare and dowdy. I don't understand why it's listed as a Bed and Breakfast, because it's only Bed... considering that breakfast is not included. It's saved by its proximity to the station and the historic center, but honestly 100 euros for one night, without breakfast, is too high a price.

The structure is in a great location for those arriving in Florence and for those who want to visit it in tranquility, although the furniture is very dated and the TV is not working (except for the first three channels). The managers are professional. The bathroom outside the room presented some difficulties... shower door not very sliding and little floor cleaning.

Excellent attention from the reception. Comfortable, large room with air conditioning, balcony, bathroom in perfect condition. Everything perfect.

Very noisy room.
