Our Soggiorno is located on the first floor, no lift, in historic palace of 1400 in the center of the town, from 10 minute walk from the Central Station of Santa Maria Novella and Duomo and 5 minute walk from the Old Bridge, Uffizi Gallery, Pitti Palace and Boboli Garden. From our place you can visit all the city just walking around.
This area Oltrarno is one of the most beauties of the city center, where you can admir the Santo Spirito Church designed by Brunelleschi and the Brancacci Chapel fomous throughout the word for its frescoes by Masaccio. Is moreover surrounded by shop and historic craftsmen’s studios, as well as bar and restaurants.
Our rooms have a private bathroom with shower with a courtesy set and hairdryer (on request), TV color, refrigerator and making facilities tea, coffee or cappuccino and croissant for make a little breakfast alone in the room, Air Conditioning, everything is absolutely clean and comfortable.
There is not curfew, you have your own set of keys for be independet.

Hi, I am Alessandra, the owner of my landlord for over 20 years now.
This work, which will take place with passion and dedication, will allow me to meet many people with many different stories..while always staying here !!:) in my magical Florence.
With many of them, a kind of "friendship" is established that lasts over the years.. I like to think that my clients feel like guests of my house..

I describe myself like this: I am a woman to be in company and to chat..but sometimes I also need to be in solitude and so I take refuge in a beautiful book..
I like traveling and getting to know cities and new cultures.. in fact when I can..my work in a few days in the city with my husband Massimiliano in some European city or why not, also Italian..
I would like to be sporty, but I tell the truth a little bit about work a little out of laziness, a little practical.. lately I've become passionate about mountaibike.. I really like being in nature far from smog and city chaos..but that fatigue..:) :) :)
I have no children but I really like children and animals, in fact my furry son is called Romeo..my big cat.

San Frediano is the neighborhood where you can still breathe the Florentine nature of the city, frequented by tourists and locals, it remains one of the most authentic places in the center.

Everything was impeccable, Alessandra was super attentive and helpful and despite the unexpected events we had with the flights, the stay was excellent. We regret not having enjoyed more, as we had planned. Unfortunately, unexpected events happen, next time we will stay again at Soggiorno Alessandra. Thank you!

A definite yes! I heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Florence. You can see that Mrs. Alessandra puts her heart into her business. The location is very convenient to the station and the historic center... fifteen minutes and you are at Ponte Vecchio. Then, by following Mrs. Alessandra's advice, we always had lunch and dinner in Osterie between S. Frediano and S. Spirito, savoring the real Florence. Thanks again!

Exceptional apartment 15 minutes from the historic center, with shops and restaurants nearby. New furniture and very good daily cleaning. The treatment of Mrs. Alessandra and Sayuri excellent and attentive. Perfect rest after long days in Florence.

We had a good time in Florence and this location was the best for us in terms of location, design, the kindness of the host, cleanliness, access, and communication. Easy access to the railway station, the city center with all the important museums and attractions, Piazzale Michelangelo (directly by bus no 12 from the station next to the bridge) and also the charming Oltrarno area that we discovered exploring around. Piazza Santo Spirito has remained our favorite, very local with terraces and people hanging around, and we mainly discovered it because it is close to the accommodation. Usually, a 15-minute walk to reach important things to visit in Florence, in our opinion, and we stayed for 4 days. Plus, two of the tastiest gelato shops were very close. One around the corner and one at the next bridge. Special thanks to Alessandra, who has been very flexible and welcoming, ready to help us with all the details we needed about our stay. What was not so comfortable: the position of the two beds at the top of the room, with stair access and railing, is not so secure for children, even teens like ours, because we were afraid that something might happen during the night if they get up, etc. After the first night, we ended up sleeping on the single beds upstairs and the girls in the double bed downstairs. I did not realize the possible danger from the room pictures, but when entering and seeing how tall the stairs are, it was not so comfortable. So, if you have this kind of concern, I would not recommend the option of a family room. Second: the outside noise. Like most historical buildings, I guess, they are located in the city center, a very crowded and noisy area due to the many cars, buses, motorcycles, garbage collection trucks, delivery trucks, etc. Hard to resist with open windows for more than a few minutes because of the noise.

We found this little corner of paradise wandering among a thousand structures, predictable and banal, offering good location but nothing more. Alessandra welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of friendliness in a wonderful place! A very large, warm and welcoming room in an elegant building in the center of Florence. Everything taken care of down to the smallest details and with all the comforts to spend two days immersed in the culture and splendor of Florence! The area (Borgo San Frediano) is only a 10-minute walk from all the main beauties of the city, and after a day as tourists, just below the structure, dozens of varied places where you can have an aperitif, listen to music and dine quickly with typical dishes or enjoy a relaxing dinner in typical Tuscan trattorias, all without haste, at the slow pace of Florentine evenings. The area on weekends is lively and very lively, perhaps not suitable for those who love silence but really very characteristic! Alessandra will be our point of reference when we return to this magical and wonderful city of art! Highly recommended!

Excellent facility. New and centrally located. Alessandra is very kind and caring. Even though breakfast is not provided, there is still the possibility to have a coffee or tea, or cappuccino with biscuits, croissants, etc. The room is always tidied up very carefully every morning. For a quick visit to Florence and surroundings, I found the proposal really interesting and we were not disappointed. The property is located within Florence's ZTL but has parking possibilities nearby without problems. Impeccable apartment furnished with great style, comfortable, welcoming, and very chic. Close to Ponte Vecchio and the center of Florence, surrounded by various bars and restaurants. Welcoming and precise manager, available for every need. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room with everything necessary, we preferred to take a stroll and have it in the center of Florence. Experience to definitely try again.

The room we had at 'Soggiorno Alessandra' was surprisingly spacious and clean. The modern bathroom was quite large and finely decorated down to the smallest detail. The rooms are located in Oltrarno, which is the best part of Florence for food lovers! Highly recommended, we will rent from Alessandra again for sure.

Everything very much in line with the presentation and description. Very nice apartment, recently renovated and all brand new. The only negative thing is the slightly dirty mini terrace that could be cleaned more thoroughly and made more convenient for guests who want to take a breath of fresh air. Great location for visiting the historic center. Very kind and helpful manager.

Excellent value for money, Alessandra was extremely helpful from our arrival, she offered us the map of the city center, with all the useful explanations to get around well, the breakfast provided by the B&B was complete, we took the suite with 4 beds, there was the loft where there were two beds for the children who had a lot of fun, moreover the B&B is located in a strategic place and was really convenient for the visits of everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it.

Per me è molto importante avere i vostri feedback visto che abbiamo finito la ristrutturazione nel 2020, Mi ha fatto molto piacere conoscervi ed esservi stata di aiuto. Vi faccio i complimenti per la bella famiglia che siete, persone molto socievoli educate e simpatiche. E stato un piacere ospitarvi. Struttura comoda ai servizi, vicina a tutte le attrazioni della città ma, allo stesso tempo, in zona tranquilla.

Siamo stati 1 giorno a Firenze e abbiamo trovato questo B&B eccezionale praticamente quasi al centro della città a 2 passi da ponte vecchio e dalle basiliche, torneremo sicuramente.

Great location, very clean room, the owner helps us a lot with a late check in and loads of informations. She accommodate a great crib for our 2 months old baby.
I definitely raccomand it and I will stay there again!

Ideale per chi cerca una camera vicina al centro di Firenze, raggiungibile con 5 minuti di passeggiata in un quartiere fornito di tutte le comodità lungo le sponde dell'Arno. Ottima accoglienza e servizio, ricezione cordiale e organizzata. La camera ha ingressi completamente indipendenti, è situata in un antico palazzo. Arredamento caratteristico, finiture di buon livello. Decisamente un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, consiglio a tutti.
