Great location. Great room. Great service and support. The only negative was that the room was one floor up without an elevator for bags. Someone with mobility issues should consider the stairs.

A beautiful B&B, very well maintained and clean, in a quiet area and just a few steps from the center. There is also a well-equipped common room with a fully equipped kitchen available for guests. Alessandra has always been helpful and kind. Highly recommended, we would come back right away!

B&B very well located to visit everything, in a very nice neighborhood with good restaurants frequented by the Florentines (thanks to the Guide du Routard for the good tips). The room (no. 2) was clean, functional, with a window overlooking a small courtyard, so very quiet. Fridge, very practical, and Alessandra provides a large bottle of fresh water to refill. Simple and modern decor. The only downside is the matrimonial bed: 2 single beds to push together, not necessarily what we expected when booking. The breakfast consists of 1 coffee capsule per person per day and small madeleines or biscuits in a bag with butter, jam, and cheese, in the brand new kitchen. This doesn't pose any issue for us, as there is a wide choice of cafés all over the city for fans of quality breakfasts or brunch. So if you like a good breakfast with fresh bread, you need to go to one of the many nearby cafés. Alessandra is very responsive during message exchanges. We recommend 👍

Excellent structure in a strategic location for any activity, clean and well-kept. The welcome was very friendly and helpful. For breakfast, there is a small kitchen where you can prepare something, which is perfect for tackling the first part of the morning and then stopping to grab something in the city center. Shops and bars just a few steps from the room.

The strengths of the property are the tranquility of the room, the abundance of space, and the well-maintained details. The shared kitchen available for breakfast allows for maximum flexibility while being basic. The bed is very comfortable, and Alessandra is impeccable. The location is ideal for visiting the entire city, and the neighborhood where it is located offers many options for places to spend an evening in good company.

A perfect stay in Florence! First of all, the kindness and hospitality of Alessandra, followed by the location, perfect for staying in tranquility but at the same time close to many points of interest. A note to highlight is the breakfast, if for those like us who love simple and light breakfasts, offered by the very kind Alessandra. Oh, something very important! Wonderful and very clean rooms! We will definitely see each other again.

We stayed from April 25th to April 28th at Soggiorno Alessandra in the deluxe room (2 adults and 2 children), very spacious room equipped with every comfort (private bathroom with toilet, bidet and very large shower), habitable mezzanine with 2 single beds, 2 air conditioners. The owner was very kind and very helpful in showing us some highlights of the city. Excellent cleaning as it was done carefully every morning. The breakfast was well stocked (shared kitchen with the other rooms) with everything (coffee, soluble coffee and cappuccino, barley, nesquik, packaged croissants and snacks, cookies and cereals, toaster, etc). Great location for the quality-price ratio as it is located about 300m from Ponte Vecchio and therefore in the center of the city. We went by car and they recommended a garage 5 minutes walk from the property that provided us with the ZTL pass for the 3 days we stayed and they were super kind (they even came to pick up the car under the property and took it to the garage and vice versa, after a phone call about half an hour before). We highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Florence. Thank you for the hospitality.

The B&B is in a strategic location, just a 15-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station and a 10-minute walk from the nearest attraction, the Ponte Vecchio. The room is new and clean, the bathroom in the room is essential with minimal comforts, it would have been useful to have a shampoo as only the bath foam was present in the shower. I recommend implementing the service with changing linens in case they are placed on the floor as a request for change instead of rehanging them in the bathroom (it happened 1 time out of 2). The lady is very kind, organized, and precise in providing details for self-check-in. In any case, I would go back.

A definite yes! I heartily recommend it to anyone who wants to spend a few days in Florence. You can see that Mrs. Alessandra puts her heart into her business. The location is very convenient to the station and the historic center... fifteen minutes and you are at Ponte Vecchio. Then, by following Mrs. Alessandra's advice, we always had lunch and dinner in Osterie between S. Frediano and S. Spirito, savoring the real Florence. Thanks again!

We had a good time in Florence and this location was the best for us in terms of location, design, the kindness of the host, cleanliness, access, and communication. Easy access to the railway station, the city center with all the important museums and attractions, Piazzale Michelangelo (directly by bus no 12 from the station next to the bridge) and also the charming Oltrarno area that we discovered exploring around. Piazza Santo Spirito has remained our favorite, very local with terraces and people hanging around, and we mainly discovered it because it is close to the accommodation. Usually, a 15-minute walk to reach important things to visit in Florence, in our opinion, and we stayed for 4 days. Plus, two of the tastiest gelato shops were very close. One around the corner and one at the next bridge. Special thanks to Alessandra, who has been very flexible and welcoming, ready to help us with all the details we needed about our stay. What was not so comfortable: the position of the two beds at the top of the room, with stair access and railing, is not so secure for children, even teens like ours, because we were afraid that something might happen during the night if they get up, etc. After the first night, we ended up sleeping on the single beds upstairs and the girls in the double bed downstairs. I did not realize the possible danger from the room pictures, but when entering and seeing how tall the stairs are, it was not so comfortable. So, if you have this kind of concern, I would not recommend the option of a family room. Second: the outside noise. Like most historical buildings, I guess, they are located in the city center, a very crowded and noisy area due to the many cars, buses, motorcycles, garbage collection trucks, delivery trucks, etc. Hard to resist with open windows for more than a few minutes because of the noise.

We found this little corner of paradise wandering among a thousand structures, predictable and banal, offering good location but nothing more. Alessandra welcomed us with a big smile and a lot of friendliness in a wonderful place! A very large, warm and welcoming room in an elegant building in the center of Florence. Everything taken care of down to the smallest details and with all the comforts to spend two days immersed in the culture and splendor of Florence! The area (Borgo San Frediano) is only a 10-minute walk from all the main beauties of the city, and after a day as tourists, just below the structure, dozens of varied places where you can have an aperitif, listen to music and dine quickly with typical dishes or enjoy a relaxing dinner in typical Tuscan trattorias, all without haste, at the slow pace of Florentine evenings. The area on weekends is lively and very lively, perhaps not suitable for those who love silence but really very characteristic! Alessandra will be our point of reference when we return to this magical and wonderful city of art! Highly recommended!

The Soggiorno Alessandra is located in an excellent position to visit Florence, in fact, the main attractions of the city can be reached in a few minutes on foot. Great location, just a few steps away from the historic center. Spacious room with a kitchenette.

Excellent facility. New and centrally located. Alessandra is very kind and caring. Even though breakfast is not provided, there is still the possibility to have a coffee or tea, or cappuccino with biscuits, croissants, etc. The room is always tidied up very carefully every morning. I highly recommend it!

For a quick visit to Florence and surroundings, I found the proposal really interesting and we were not disappointed. The property is located within Florence's ZTL but has parking possibilities nearby without problems. Impeccable apartment furnished with great style, comfortable, welcoming, and very chic. Close to Ponte Vecchio and the center of Florence, surrounded by various bars and restaurants. Welcoming and precise manager, available for every need. Breakfast can be enjoyed in the room with everything necessary, we preferred to take a stroll and have it in the center of Florence. Experience to definitely try again.

The room we had at 'Soggiorno Alessandra' was surprisingly spacious and clean. The modern bathroom was quite large and finely decorated down to the smallest detail. The rooms are located in Oltrarno, which is the best part of Florence for food lovers! Highly recommended, we will rent from Alessandra again for sure.

Excellent value for money, Alessandra was extremely helpful from our arrival, she offered us the map of the city center, with all the useful explanations to get around well, the breakfast provided by the B&B was complete, we took the suite with 4 beds, there was the loft where there were two beds for the children who had a lot of fun, moreover the B&B is located in a strategic place and was really convenient for the visits of everything we wanted to see. I highly recommend it.

Ideal for those looking for a room close to the center of Florence, reachable within five minutes on foot in a neighborhood equipped with all amenities along the banks of the Arno. Excellent welcome and service, friendly and organized reception. The room has completely independent entrances and is located in an ancient palace. Characteristic furnishings and good quality finishes. Definitely an excellent quality-price ratio, I recommend it to everyone.
