Our SETTE NOTE GUEST HOUSE is located in the old town of Arezzo, on the third floor of an elegant building of the 30s overlooking one of the main squares of the city: Piazza Guido Monaco. Our rent rooms SETTE NOTE GUEST HOUSE it is 50 metres from the train station and 500 metres from the main square: Piazza Grande. Our guest house offers accomodation in 4 comfortable rooms with private bathroom, equipped with many facilities: air conditioning, tv, free wifi and an apartment with a bedroom, a large corridor, bathroom with shower and a kitchen-diner.

Ideal solution for a very quick visit to Arezzo, close to the center, and near the parking lots. Welcoming environment, extremely clean and functional. Certainly a not obvious observation. Definitely to be considered for a future visit. Thank you for everything.

Large apartment, very clean, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and tumble dryer. Therefore very complete. The bed was large and comfortable. The bedroom and living room were separately air-conditioned. The location is perfect, near the station, and just a few meters from central Arezzo.

Spacious, clean, and comfortable property, located a short walk from the pedestrian area in the center of Arezzo. We were accommodated in two rooms (3 beds + 1) with two TVs. The bathroom towels were of good quantity and quality, replaced halfway through the stay without having to request them. Spacious shower box, not commonly seen; much appreciated the presence of refillable soap and shampoo dispensers, instead of the usual single-dose packets. Mrs. Gabriella, the owner of the property, was attentive to our expressed needs and promptly fulfilled them, along with sharing tourist and gastronomic information upon arrival. Definitely recommended. We stayed in August 2023 (from the 7th to the 11th), two adults, an 11-year-old boy, and a 5-year-old girl.

Great location, strategically located 5 minutes from the station and 10 minutes walk from the center. Large, simple, coordinated and tidy environment. Even though breakfast was not included, the owner Gabriella provided us with a kettle for tea.

From the very beginning, Mrs. Gabriella and Mrs. Elena did their best to make us feel at home. Having the chance, they anticipated the check-in at 12 and we found a Magnolia house tastefully furnished and with a very good clean scent. The only thing is that the house was a bit cold, climate-wise, but nothing that a second blanket, promptly provided, didn't solve. Soundproofing could be improved, but, besides that, a very pleasant stay. Enviable location, very close to the station and in the heart of the city.

I stayed at the B&B Di Gabriella for only one night. But I can say that it is a spacious and well-organized space to stay in Arezzo. 3 minutes walk from the station. Very convenient for everything. Gabriella is a very helpful and kind host. Thank you for everything.
