The Santo Spirito is a renewed apartment on January 2018, now with private bathroom in all the rooms, located 10’ walking from the city centre, the railways station and the University.

It is composed by:
a) a spacious apartment with a large living room, kitchen and two rooms, ideal for families amd friends: doubles with single use, doubles twins or king size beds, a bathroom with shower.

Can be also used for the exclusive use of a couple.

b) A single/double room with private bathroom.

c) A flat for single/double use, with private bathroom and a small kitchen.

Free wifi and Tv are available everywhere.

Arezzo is very well located in the centre of Tuscany; to reach any place like Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Perugia and more, takes no more than two hours, by bus, train or car.

We are very expert about all the Italian territory and on request, we can organize transfers and tours everywhere in Italy or give you the best suggestions for your own journey.

There is an extra fee of 1, 50€ per day per person as tourist tax for a maximum of 4 days.

The breakfast is not included.

A full equipped kitchen in the apartment for 2, 3 or 4 persons.

A single/double room is equipped with a small kitchen.

Sono felicemente soddisfatta dell'ospitalità e del soggiorno in questa struttura, dotata di ogni comfort di cui si ha bisogno. Ovviamente non è casa propria, quindi se dovesse mancare qualcosa è solo a livello personale. Sono certa di ritornarci, consigliatissimo!

Appartamento ampio, pulito e molto comodo perché nei pressi del centro e vicino alla stazione, entrambi raggiungibili a piedi. Il proprietario è molto gentile e disponibile. Perfetto per gruppi o famiglie.

Brutta esperienza! Il B&B è in buona posizione a pochi minuti dal centro. Due camere con bagno in comune. Colazione praticamente inesistente. Il proprietario mi chiama redarguendomi perché non avevo sgomberato la stanza e perché mi ero trattenuto le chiavi. Io mi ero attenuto a quanto mi aveva detto l'altro responsabile che mi aveva fatto entrare e illustrato il B&B! Tra loro non si erano capiti, infatti io avrei dovuto prendere la seconda camera e non la prima. Disorganizzati. Sconsiglio vivamente.

L’affittacamere è stato recentemente ristrutturato e ognuna delle tre camere dispone di bagno privato. La colazione, come specificato nell’elenco dei servizi offerti, non è compresa. Per quanto riguarda la presunta disorganizzazione, colgo l’occasione per dire che l’ospite si è portato via le chiavi oltre l’orario previsto del check out senza avvisare nessuno.

Buonissima posizione. Ottima la pulizia e le dotazioni (wifi - sky). Comodissimo l'uso di cucina e degli spazi comuni. Indipendenza totale. Rapporto qualità/prezzo super.

Ha ospitato dei miei amici che si sono trovati benissimo, la sala a comune delle camere e la cucina sono ottimali per ospitare famiglie e comunque persone che non hanno bisogno solo di una camera ma di un appartamento con tutti i comfort e i servizi necessari.

Ottima la pulizia, la disponibilita e la cortesia del gestore. Posizione comoda a pochi passi dalla stazione e dal centro con la comodita di negozzi vicini per le esigenze. Qualità prezzo ottima. Anche la cucina molto comoda se non si esce, ci si puo fare da mangiare, e sky in camera.

Ottima disponibilità. Buona posizione dalla Stazione e dal Centro Storico. Buona la stanza, la possibilità di cucinare in casa, l'accesso ad internet. Unico neo il secondo piano senza ascensore per le valigie da salire! E per finire il prezzo è interessantissimo. Paolo è eccezionale anche se stavolta non c'era.
