The Santo Spirito is a renewed apartment, on the second floor without elevator, with private bathroom in all the rooms, located 10’ walking from the city centre, the railways station and the University.
It is composed by:
a) a spacious apartment with a large living room, furnished kitchen and two rooms, ideal for families amd friends: doubles with single use, doubles twins or king size beds, a bathroom with shower, always for exclusive use, from 1 to 5 persons.
b) A single/double room with private bathroom.
c) A flat for single/double use, with private bathroom and a furnished kitchenette.
Free wifi, Tv, phon, fridge, are available everywhere; fun at disposal in all rooms.
NO PRIVATE PARKING:
Free parking in the streets nearby, or private one at 50m: 7. 30am/8. 30pm, closed on Sundays; 9€ daily.
Arezzo is very well located in the centre of Tuscany; to reach any place like Florence, Siena, Montepulciano, Cortona, Pienza, Perugia and more, takes no more than two hours, by bus, train or car.
We are very expert about all the Italian territory and on request, we can organize transfers and tours everywhere in Italy or give you the best suggestions for your own journey.
There is an extra fee of 3€ per day per person as tourist tax for a maximum of 4 days.

Convenient location and very clean room, but unfortunately poorly maintained, rather noisy at night and really not worth the price paid. There are no curtains on the windows, so you have to keep the shutters closed. The broken shower enclosure has not been repaired (there is a curtain inside it) and there is a sign instructing guests to dry the floor if water comes out. The bathroom has an unbearable smell.

Per quanto riguarda il box doccia la tenda sostituisce l’originale cabina che e’ stata rotta e non ripagata da un ospite precedente, mi dispiace ma dovete accontentarvi e stare attenti a non allagare il bagno! Le persiane sono estensibili e quindi sostituiscono perfettamente le tende e garantiscono privacy assoluta, basta guardare o al limite chiedere prima di farsi prendere la mano e scrivere inesattezze. Capitolo rumore, come dico a tutti siamo in città, per il silenzio assoluto bisogna prenotare in campagna! Purtroppo l’odore non dipende dal bagno che è completamente sigillato, ma dalla fossa biologica collocata proprio sotto la camera che, soprattutto nei giorni di cambio del tempo, si fa sentire… comunque in città ci sono molte altre alternative, a prezzo più contenuto onestamente non credo. Basta provare oppure, visto che è di Milano, vada a dormire una notte nella sua città e poi faccia una comparazione tra prezzo e qualità a quelle latitudini, visto che da me un monolocale con angolo cottura lo ha pagato la folle cifra di 65€, 32, 5€ a testa, che al giorno d’oggi non si paga neppure in un dormitorio con bagno condiviso! Tutti fenomeni!

Really, it is a room with ensuite bathroom in the apartments. It is situated 5 minutes from the station and about 10 minutes from the city center (all by foot). Perhaps, it is not the best district of Arezzo (there are a lot of migrants, they openly sell and buy drugs), but I came here to explore Arezzo and its province, and for me, it was a good sleeping place. Moreover, I found a wrestling gym near the B&B and could train there every evening. The room was well cleaned, the furniture and bathroom were good, and the neighbors were quiet. What more can I hope to find for 35 euros per night? Thank you, Mr. Paolo and Mr. Ennio!

I stayed one night in the double room. I really appreciated the completely autonomous check-in method because being around for work I never know exactly when I can arrive. The room was very clean, with clean and soft towels, TV and a large and well-cleaned bathroom. Very pleasant experience.

Spacious, bright and well-equipped studio apartment on the second floor, with a secluded balcony and two other windows. Attentive and friendly manager. This is a real neighbourhood, with supermarkets nearby, but it is just 10 minutes' walk from the station, and 20 minutes from the historical center. Highly recommended. I would stay again.

Great availability. Good location from the Station and the Historic Center. The room is good, the possibility to cook at home, and access to the Internet. The only downside is the second floor without an elevator for the luggage to carry up. And finally, the price is very interesting. Paolo is exceptional even though he was not there this time.
