Struttura basic, per chi non ha grandi pretese, un pò rumorosa, ma pulita. servizio asciugamani e set bagno inclusi. Lenzuola e asciugamani puliti.

Un B&B molto sui generis. Una camera ricavata nel contesto di un palazzo condominiale direi piuttosto fatiscente; dunque una esperienza da non rifare.

Io e due amiche abbiamo alloggiato la notte di capodanno in questo appartamento, i gestori si sono dimostrati molto disponibili e flessibili, anche il check-out lo abbiamo effettuato senza fretta, nel pomeriggio. La pulizia è stata soddisfacente e la posizione ottima (grazie al collegamento con la linea tranviaria che permetteva di raggiungere il centro in 10 minuti). Utile anche la vicinanza ad un supermercato.
