The room was really nice, heated very well and very new, also the bathroom was well organized and clean. The structure is less than 5 minutes from the town of Rapolano and despite being close to the highway, no noise can be heard. The only downside was that you can hear everything from the corridor to the rooms, the soundproofing was not the best. Overall, we had a very good time and the manager is very kind and friendly, an excellent experience.

We stayed only one night but it was enough to appreciate the structure, the offered services and above all the availability, the friendliness and the cordiality of Alessio. Definitely recommended!

Recently renovated house, all brand new, tastefully furnished. Comfortable and quiet rooms, the house is very well soundproofed. Thermal baths 5 minutes away. Owner friendly, very kind and extremely helpful. I would return.

Excellent solution very close to Rapolano. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Impeccable cleanliness. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not use it. However, it is a place worth returning to.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una notte per il nostro anniversario.
Avevo cercato una soluzione per poter andare alle terme di notte (quindi vicino) e questo delizioso B&B è stato la scelta giusta.
La camera grande, arredata con gusto, il bagno semplice ma moderno.
Tutto pulitissimo, la colazione abbondante, i proprietari gentilissimi e disponibilissimi.
Siamo stati benissimo e sicuramente ci torneremo con alte occasioni.

Bellissima location anche se visitata un po’ fuori stagione. Appartamento comodo, pulito, funzionale e ben riscaldato. Proprietari gentilissimi che ci hanno offerto una colazione buonissima a base di prodotti creato da loro (marmellata e torta fatta in casa). Se torneremo alle terme sicuramente sarà per noi un buon punto di riferimento. Consigliatissimo.

Struttura vicina alle terme, il proprietario molto gentile all’arrivo ci ha dato molte informazioni utili, ottima pulizia e molto bello l’Appartamento assegnato che corrispondeva alle foto sul sito, ottima anche la colazione con prodotti fatti direttamente dalla proprietaria.
Ottima posizione per raggiungere Siena e dintorni.
